On a Monday night, we as well as other customers ( 5 tables occupied with 2 already with food when we arrived) waited almost an hour for food. I had to ask waitress was there a problem with staffing, she stated one cook was working due to call in. Ok, thats fine, but let the customer know so we can decide if we want to wait. We had a sweet waitress, so I did not give her a hard time because it wasnt her fault and she was very apologetic. And when food came, it was not hot or even warm, just room temperature. I dealt with that, because at this point, i was tired and ready to leave. Now lets get to why I really got UPSET.....staff begin giving other customers discounts without being asked. I listened and I watched. My family, was the ONLY one not offered a discount. I had to demand one due to knowing at least 3 tables that I saw and heard staff had already voluntarily given them a discount. So as I am looking around, I wonder what set my family apart..... we were the only African Americans dining in at that time. Do I think it was racially motivated? I really dont know, but I do know we were the only ones not offered the discount. I had to demand it!

• there was a sassy jazzy gentleman who sat us down on soaking wet seats that were not big enough for our party. It took him 5 minutes for him to bring us our drinks also they did not have drinks that were advertised we ordered our food yet it took 50 minutes to get our food the employees proceeded to have non work related conversations in front of us our drinks set un filled for 15 minutes before they finally took the glasses yet it was still another 20 minutes to bring the drinks to the table the tables and floor were also very unsanitary and looked like they hadnt been bused all day even though the restaurant was completely dead also take into account that they had a 81 health score so in short do not eat here and tell your friends and family to boycott IHOP

When I went in the restaurant, the fellow immediately asked to seat me, but when I told him I wanted to make an order to go, he then said, rudely, "Ill be back in a minute", and walked away, and several other employees came to the counter, in the five minutes I stoodv there waiting, not one offered to help me..., then I walked out, called in my order, waited the ten minutes they SAID it would take, went in, waited another fifteen minutes for them to bring it out, and it was just a sloppy mess, I will NEVER go to that Ihop, ever again..rude lousy service..

Im giving them 2 stars simply because the food was good. We could see servers standing around yet it took 5 minutes before someone approached us and lead us to a seat. We sat for a good minute before we got our drinks and when our food was served- 15 minutes AFTER a same size party that had come in after us was served, we realized we hadnt been given any silverware. The restaurant was not that busy and we felt like our server wasnt worried about us. From now on when we get the craving for IHOP we will make the trip to the Monroe location.

Lets just say I had to leave this restaurant still hungry. Never once did our server check on us the whole almost 2 hours we were there. She didnt write down our order and had the balls to come to us and say she hasnt forgotten and that the kitchen was backed up. While in the mean time several tables that sat down at least 30 to 45 mins behind us were being served their breakfast. Needless to say we left and came across the street for lunch. Got better service at the MOES!!!!

Poor service. We tried to call in an order for takeout around 530pm on two separate occasions and failed. The first time my wife was put on hold and made the ten minute drive and ordered in person before they took the call. The second time we called, we were asked to wait and then they never answered. After five minutes of waiting we hung up. I havent had good service there in any group larger than two. The foods not bad, its just too frustrating to eat there anymore.

Dont eat here or waste your money!!!Everytime I came into this terrible establishment, I received nothing but poor customer service and food! The gm bob woods refused to look at his cameras to see if his server or manager purposely put onions in my pancake... Loganville is not the best place when it comes to customer service or amazing food..this is why i go to snellville or duluth at least they care and they make your food the way you ordered it!

Never write a review before about anything but I was so impressed with the service I received on my visit. My server Milano M was so respectful and the took care of us. He made sure my kids were entertained and made sure we had the best experience. I watched him interact with his other customers and he gave them the same attention and treatment. Even thought I was at IHOP his service made it feel like a 5 star restaurant.

I never ever had crepes as good as these they got it right and theyre doing it right and the manager is on top of every single person and she is so sweet and all of our food was wonderfully cooked hot and tasty and the waiters were very attentive Eric and Drew those are the waiters that you want to ask for because they will take care of your needs and do it with a smile on their face! They were so cool... and lovely!

Food, when we finally got it, was good. Service was TERRIBLE!! Milano was exceptional! Thank goodness he was there or we would have left. Our server was MIA, until she delivered the wrong receipt. Milano was friendly, responsive, fast mover and took good care of us, even though he wasnt supposed to be a server that night. We used to go to this IHOP a lot but, we wont go anymore. The new manager there is just awful.

Service wasnt that great it felt like we were on a assembly line there wasnt even that much of a crowd, my waitress phone goes off while taking my order then the food took way too long when I got it the presentation was good but then eating it was where it went bad the tasted artificial the eggs tasted like they were made of powder just like everything else tasted fake I will not be back

I love this location. I have worked for five different IHOP stores and I would have loved to be a member of this family. I brought my son in for his 4th birthday and we were treated with a song and a sundae for him. Everyone was so caring and I really appreciate everyone of them. Especially John for his excellent service. My family and I will be back.

Havent been to this location in 2 years... And what a surprise.... NOTHING has changed... Half cooked pancakes re cooked 4 times still runny and uncooked... Eggs sent back twice for uncooked whites.... Manager seemed to not care!!! Avoid this rat hole
