OK YALL. Ive never written a review on anything like ever. Even if its like a holy grail item. But Ive had enough. Ive been coming to this Taco Bell for the past 6-7 years like at least couple times a month and THEY ALWAYS MESS UP THE ORDER . Like instead of steak they add beef which sucks because you pay almost 1.50 just to get steak instead of beef or chicken. Its just so annoying now. If you ever do come to this Taco Bell make sure its actually the meat you ordered ITS ME AGAIN FIRST OR ALL IT TOOK AVOHT 30 MINUYES TO GET MY FOOD AND AS I WAS CHECKINT IF MY ORDER WAS CORREXT I ALSO TOOK A BITE AND GUESS WUAT A PIXE OF MF HAIR IN MY THROAT

Went in for an early drive thru visit today at 7:35. No response at the drive thru speaker. Store hours open at 7am. Asked politely if anybody was home. No response. Pulled up to the pick up window and didnt see anyone but I could hear someone in the kitchen. Gently beeped horn to see if I could gain their attention. No response. After a couple of minutes a young lady walked by the window and did not acknowledge me. I ended up leaving for another local restaurant. If this was my franchise I would be very disappointed.

My husband went inside taco bell this morning at 7:10am on 8/27/17 to order me a breakfast burrito and was standing at the counter a lady looked at him and walked passed him he thought she would come back but never did so dont waste ur time going for breakfest if so hope u will have more luck then him. I am calling the headquarters this morning when they open up. I will go back to the one in Lawrenceville even though its a drive cause their taco bell store was clean and the food was fresh and really nice employees when we went.

This review is not for the food itself since Taco Bell food is Taco Bell food which I like. This review is low because they never get our order correct, ever. We always review the screen which is correct. We ask them to double check our order and things are still wrong. We have had to resort to checking every single thing before we leave the window which holds up the line and makes us look like jerks to people behind us. Please stop offering free meals when you make mistakes and invest in some training.

If I could give zero stars for service and quality of food I would. Every single time I go to this location my order is wrong on my receipt or I am charged correctly but I still somehow get the wrong everything. Every. Single. Time. I have to go back in every time I order in the drive thru and I have to go back up to the counter every time I dine in. No one seems to really know what theyre doing and I have waited to order for ten minutes with absolutely no one in front of me in the drive thru.

Wow, what can I say, corporate should clean house here. Close for a week and clean the place up, literally food on the walls, tables always nasty. Hire a new manager and hire people that actually want to work here. Came to eat at 6pm during the week, and they have no extra crispy chicken at all, and they blame it on the day shift not getting it made. There are more people on staff than customers, trim the fat and turn this place around for people who like to eat here.

This place just cant get right. Incredibly slow service. They never have the Baja blast slushie machine working. Almost always mess up my order. None of the sauces, napkins, straws or lids are ever stocked. Ive lived down the street for 6 years. I come here about once a year just to see if its still crappy because I usually love taco bell. I would eat there once a week if it was even tolerable. Would never recommend this place, even to my enemies.

I just sat in the drive-thru for 15 mins at the window where I get my food. 1 they gave my food to someone else and dont feel as though its a necessity to get it out quickly when it is not difficult. The 3 cars behind me have food ready but not me. Seriously disappointed in this staff. And will be calling management in the morning. And as of 11:50 Im still sitting here waiting on my food and the drive-thru lady is nowhere to be seen.

Every time I go here, I end up waiting 30-45 minutes for my food? I dont really mind because they usually give me free good for the wait, but ummm they also forget that I dont ever actually get the food I order. I have to check my receipt every time, and every time I have to ask for the food that I paid for. Im not usually a picky person, but that seems somewhat ridiculous.

I would have given 0 stars had it been an option. Place stinks. Tonight we got Chalupas through the drive through then decides to eat there. Both were hard stale shells with hardly anything in it. It was awful. My husband went back in and the manager said hed remake it but would not refund our money. Dont want more hard bad food. Manager was in the wrong. We left.

The off duty employees seem to all hang out with the on duty employees with no regard for the customers. People in and out of uniform are walking in and out of food prep areas, even the manager on duty is distracted. Dirty tables, nasty floors, incorrect orders. This is the worst Taco Hell / Kentucky Fried Cartilage ever.

This restaurant is quite possibly the worst in the company!! The young teenagers are lost with no direction because the management team is useless. You will wait 20-30 for eat in food that is less than tasty by the time you receive it.

Waited about 15 minutes just for the food (inside). There were about 7 people on staff and most werent even working, on their phones, headphones in, talking and laughing. Horrible service. Id recommend a different location.

Its a mix store location of KFC and Tacobell so the wait is a little more. the layout is a little clutter. They are usually low on supplies at the drink station. Over all its great food but a little pricey

Worst customer service. Cashier rolled her eyes after anyone said anything to her and I stood in line for 30 min for her to tell me she was clocking out and never once offered to take my order.
