I have always had a good experience but today I was stunned at the customer service. When an order is messed up on their end they should just smile and fix it. Today I got the worst Attitude from the girls. I was as nice as I could be and said after looking at my recipe that something wasnt right and another kids meal was added. I just said that I didnt want the other one. I dont know what happend but I didnt order three. They looked at me like I was a problem. And I said again I want my money from that extra order. I have two kids so why would I order three?? They didnt even apologize for the mix up. They were more worried about being a jerk and getting the extra drink that I had holding out the window for them to get. They need to learn patience and manners !!! That is the face of the company!! As long as I see them when I go I will go all the way to Jackson to get food. Its sad because I have never had a problem but they hire people and dont pay attention to their attitude

It ok dont love it food to high . Always have fresh food.The girls that work there are very rude by talking about everybody that walking in there and laughing at everyone .I walk in there one day and a young girl was trying to act cute in front of others and ask me a dumb question and it wasnt even about my food.Ask me was I from some Indian tribe because I had a shirt on with a Indian on it and the other girls laughing at me.I dont think that was a welcome back call.I havent like going back there ever since then.I go throw the drive throw now and try to avoid going in now.

Best DQ in GA, and I know this because people drive from all over just to come to this one! Although the highschool crew they have working at night is not as friendly as the day crew! Its the towns one place to eat after all sporting events so its always packed on a Friday night! We love Mrs. Lynn!

This Dairy Queen does not participate in any of the coupons or deals like the other Dairy Queens theres always a line there and its a great restaurant but they do not give military discount here like others do
