I visited this location on 11/16 at night. I went to the drive thru and ordered a number 1 and number 2. The cashier never verified my order, she just asked me the drinks and gave me a total. I waited about 15 mins to get my food. When the cashier came to the window I was not greeted, she just reached her hand out and wanted my money. There were a couple of cars behind me and I could feel that they too were impatient. When I got home, I realized that the cashier rung me up for a medium order, not regular like I assumed. So I called the complaint number so that the store manager could know of this issue, as it has happened to other people. So the store manager, Natoya, calls me back and starts giving me her employees job description. She said that she was the Manager on Duty and she knew that her employees follow the book. She told me that she could not give me a free combo, I never requested or required one. As I tried to explain to her that I was upset about the bad customer service, she kept interrupting me and started talking over me. I told her that it was not about the money, it was about the basic principles of giving customers options and good customer service. Then she tried to get rude and stated that she was on Duty and she know that her employee asked everyone. I told her that our conversation was getting nowhere and I would go higher. She then replied, "Do what you gotta do!" Then she hung up on me. Awful staff, awful service.

My family came through the drive thru at 7:32pm. We ordered 2 burgers and 2 deluxe chicken sandwiches. The cashier Latasha Clifton was at the window and asked us to pull around for the total. The chicken sandwiches had chicken so hard and bent like it was made at the beginning of the day or the night before. I took a photo and cannot believe they would serve this to an animal less on any human being. We tried calling but of course no answer. With what we were served at this location I am afraid they may spit in the order or even worse if we complained. I will NEVER come back here for anything. They seriously need a health department and unexpected food safety visits ASAP!!!

I ordered a deep sea double with a large sweet tea, when I got to the window I saw they had the minute maid smoothie, so I ask for them to add the mango flavored smoothie to the order. The lady at the window said next time can you order everything at once "I got a service time". Im sorry I didnt know it was an inconvenience for paid service to have an issue with me asking for more food which in turn would be more of a profit for the company. Was I supposed to see the ad pay for my food and drive back around and order again? Rude! Customer service is terrible. Im very surprised this location is still open and active.

The food is fine for the most part, but the problem comes when you expect freindly service or exactly what you ordered. Almost everytime I go to this checkers in particular my experience is terrible. Not only have I caught them lying about having certain items in stock, they never treat you like they care if you come back. I seriously have to consider avoiding this checkers entirely at this point.

Yes the building is worn down ,and needs work badly, but my food is always hot and fresh. Sometimes you could wait a while, but not always mainly at night. The managers are usually the ones at the window when I come so I get good service. Oh yeah...and there sweet tea is pretty good... just wish they would continue the Baconzilla Fries

Worst customer service ever! Very unprofessional cashier in drive thru and seemed as they were not even concerned with getting food out in a timely manner. I was not greeted, nor appreciated for my service. NEVER AGAIN will I visit a Checkers thanks to this location. I will take my hard earned money elsewhere.

Terrible, went all da way to dis checkers to get a ice cream cone, first off one of the ordering boards was not working so we sat in drive thru for 15 minutes just for them to tell us the ice cream machine was not working, and the cashier had and attitude dis checkers sucks bad, never going back

If I could rate this restaurant 0, I would!! Very nasty attitudes unprofessional and Ghetto mentality workers and it starts with the manager!!! Ive never felt this digusted!!! 3 a.m. Shenanigans they forget to put the cone down and tell us to go get back in line! WHAT!!!!! That manager Rude!

Man i dont eat medium rare food so tell me why this location dont kno how to cook a damn hambugar its a damn shame i have to go back up to this place@ 1:am and have them redo my order all over again and on top of that they left my fries out. Ijs wtf going on wit this place. Get it together

This checkers is horrible. Walked all the way in the cold to get some food. Stood at the window for about 20 minutes. 3 employees looked at me and just kept moving. No one said anything or better yet acknowledged the fact that I was there. Freaking horrible

Terrible customer service.....and usually one lane open which mean you lose your spot in line if you go to the second lane. The crazy thing is when you go the close lane they say its close when you about to order....just take my order if you can hear me

If not for the $1 fries and affordable rates I would give it 1 star. On several occasions the employees were very rude and unaccomodating.
