The following events happened more than three times; They got my order wrong so I called to have them fix it. The woman who answered was rude and seemed vocally agitated. She put me on what I assume was hold but I could still hear background noise and the manager told her and I quote "put her on hold and hopefully shell hang up" so she did and I hung up and called back, it wasnt until I threatened to call the corporate office that she finally agreed to fix my order. And even the fixed order I received was cold and the wings barely had sauce. This is the closest pizza hut to my house so its always the one the website sends my orders to...they need new management. And like I said this happened MORE than twice Oh and once I went through the drive through and one of they employees asked me if I wanted to buy weed and cocaine because of the music that was playing in the car.

I tried to use their service several months ago but they were closed an hour before they were suppose to close. Then l went to get one of their specials yesterday. It took the cashier two minutes to finish counting her change before she gave me mine. I sat out in the eating area where there was no air conditioning, the cooking and cashier area was airconditioned. 35 minutes later a man got his order, who had come in 20 minutes after I did. I asked about my order, which they then produced. It seemed like they werent going to serve me at all unless I asked for it. It was like they lost me and didnt care if they found me or not, while my food was getting cold. I got the impression the employees didnt care if they have a job or not. Almost as if they are trying to close the place down!

This place is the worst place you will ever order pizza from! the staff here gives pizza hut a bad name and a horrible reputation! And i dont care about the customer service, just dont curse me out when you cannot use your GPS to navigate yourself to the specific address ive given and on file. This place is horrible and every minute of the experiece with the rude staff has left me with a horrible distaste for pizza hut as a whole. Thats a horrible thing to say and i know its not pizza huts fault but my heart is really broken. From management acting like the job is waterboarding torture to the laziest staff, please dont do it! anywhere but here! Please save yourself!

Everything was good and got here really quick, but even though I put my apartment number not only on the address line but in the apartment # line also, the driver called me, I told him the apartment #, he shows up and goes to the wrong apartment, leaves, then calls me and cusses at me on the phone because he thought I said 2 but I said 4 and its on the address twice and apparently I was wrong???? Never gonna use this one again thats for sure. Ive worked in the service industry for years and never cussed at anyone but I guess some people just dont have any respect around here :)

They are terrible I have been ordering at pizza hut for years and this location is just terrible. I called in my order & I got a 20oz beverage but I ordered a 2Liter. So I got my food and it was ok even though my breadsticks were burnt. So a few weeks went by and I ordered again and they hung up on me twice and they made me place my order 3 times. The first guy was super rude and the second guy was worse he hung up and made me call back but never apologized. I will go back to driving to the Tucker location they have class and manners.

AWFUL. Not only did i request the driver to call because I have dogs but he DIDNT, I went to walk to him and my dog followed behind me - no where near him... I put her inside immediately and as I turned around he had a massive rock in his hand ready to throw it at her. Also spoke poor english and yet I tipped him still even though he could potentially hurt me or my harmless and goofy pet. ...Not only that but they took way too long and I still tipped him. Customer service was extremely rude as well.

They are consistently fast and the food is up to the Pizza Hut standard, you have to give them that. Unfortunately, much of the staff is aggressively rude - outright obnoxious, actually. For example: the to-go drinks are in a small locked refrigerator next to the self-serve drink machine. On multiple occasions Ive watched customers who approached the fridge without asking permission get yelled at by the staff, then verbally berated for being stupid, trying to steal drinks, etc. Unreal.

If you look pizza made by stoners, then... they still suck.. The first time we ordered, the phone call took 10 minutes because the guy was trying to set the world record for saying, "uh, what?". But my wife and I figured its a fluke. But then tonight (weeks later, mind you), the delivery took 2 hours and 30 minutes! Not joking. When we called to ask, the guy, well, you know the story. Never again.

Its hard to review a place where the service aggravates u to the point of hanging up the phone. Their rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. On top of that, I live half a mile from them and they apparently dont deliver to my area? My guess is that the service wasnt even listening and took the wrong address down. Still a pizza hut fan, but this location will never receive my service.

The employees were super inattentive, impolite, and slow. I spoke with three different employees from this store, and not one of them could find my house. I tried in vain to give directions, and after 1 hour and 45 mins., a store employee actually suggested I drive to the store to pick up my delivery. I canceled my order, and received no apology or attempt to make amends.

I usualky font write these but the service I just received was some kind of awful. The first time i called, I was on hold so, I hung up to call bavk, the second time I got someone on the phone that obviously hates yheir job, I mean, we all have bad days but don,t take it out on the customers. I just want to give you my money and get a pizza without any attitude.

I ordered my pizzas online and the delivery driver brought the wrong pizzas to my house. I explained to the delivery driver that I he has the wring pizzas and he act like he didnt understand English. I had to get in my car and drive to Pizza Hut to get my order straight. I will NEVER order from them again because they do not give REFUNDS, just store credit.

I have never ordered from such a rude and unprofessional establishment. I have been hung up on more than once, the pizza delivery guy will be at your door smoking cigarettes and had the nerve to be banging at my door and throwing rocks at my window after I called customer service. Do not order from this classless place. I definitely will not be ever again.
