I went to the store yesterday and will probably not go back. Boneless skinless chicken thighs were on sale and were one of the items on my list. I spent a good bit of time looking for them myself before I had to ask the person in the seafood area to call The Butcher so that I could find out if they had any in stock. He called my attention to a package and I state that I feel bones inside and he says oh yes these are just skin list those are the ones that are on sale. He joked after I called his attention to the tag reading boneless skinless being on sale that he didnt read the whole thing. He offered to take the bones out for me and I went to continue my shopping. I had ordered three sub sandwiches online before I left the house and they were supposed to be done at 6:50. I walk up to the deli area at 7 oclock after doing all of my shopping but picking up the thighs from the butcher. Two of my sandwiches were done and waiting in the bed and I stood there waiting for an additional 10 minutes for the third sandwich. To have my sandwiches were done and waiting in the bin and I stood there waiting for an additional 10 minutes for the third sandwich. By the time I third sandwich was finally ready 50 minutes after I ordered them I went to the check out forgetting the chicken thighs that I needed for dinner tonight. At the register one of the sandwiches didnt even have a scannable ticket and the bag boy had to go and get a ticket from the deli in order to bring it up. After checking out and looking at my receipt in my car I realize that many items that were in the discounted area of the frozen food section ring up incorrectly and I had to go back in and order to get an almost $10 refund. I had an issue with just about every Department yesterday. I will just avoid the store all together in the future.

This is a great example of the old style publix service levels and operations. Super-clean, at least 3 associates asked if they can help me find anything, one of them did help me find something I was unable to locate. The whole store was very bright, well-stocked, organized, and well presented. I was very comfortable in here. The deli counter staff was also friendly and quick on the slicers. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and thats not something I have been able to say at Publix lately. This location is a perfect example of the Publix brand and mantra. I will be back.

Horrible customer service....they stole $5.00 from me....I asked for $50.00 cash back and cashier Sinead gave me money in my hands...I moved two feet from cash register and counted cash and found $45.00 in my hand...immediately returned and told her that I need $5.00 more. She called floor manager and they counted all money in her register and told me that her register is fine and that they cannot give me money. They just stole money from me...I was so mad and didnt want to beg for my money and I left so pissed off.....Horrible service....never comeback there

This is the store I usually go to for all my grocery shopping. I like the selections and their meats are really nice quality. The seafood has always been fresh and I like some of their prepared dishes liked stuffed salmon pinwheels. My only reason for grading a 4 is that sometimes I really have to pick through produce to find fresh things. Its not uncommon to see fruit or vegetables that have some mold or other signs of rotting. I didnt downgrade further for this because I have this problem at EVERY grocery store.

Although this place has gotten a little bit better in my last two visits, I have had HORRIBLE experiences. Customer service is not good relative to the Publix standard. I have received very disrespectful and crude commentary from someone working the register (about my chest) and upon complaining once because of poor service, the manager Berry had the audacity to tell me I had to have been lying instead of apologizing. DO NOT come here.

This is one of the few grocery stores that Ive been to where I have consistently received expired or rotten food. One time after purchasing, I noticed that an item was two months expired! Another time in the store I discovered that every single one of a particular brand of eggs was expired. If you do decide to shop at this store be very careful and check ALL items!
