This PUBLIX bakery has exceedingly always gone above my expectations when I place an order for my childrens cakes!!! I want to thank them! I bring in a picture from Pinterest, mind you just days before the party, and they get it done! Every time! And its never expensive! Im grateful! Thank you to the BAKERY chefs here at this location! And I want to add, I live in Canton and drive to this specific bakery to get the job done! Pictures of the latest cake they made for my daughters 2nd birthday! Again, thank you PUBLIX!

The staff here are courteous and wonderful people. Props to the Deli workers in particular. The deli counter and sub sandwich station are always packed at lunchtime, and Ive never received bad service or bad food from them in spite of the chaos. One time I had a worker talk me out of the last multigrain roll as it was kinda on the hard side, which was really nice and a sign they cared about me and making sure I was getting the best quality food possible.

Fantastic service in pharmacy and checkout. Young man emptied cart at checkout and cheerfully wheeled cart out to my car and placed groceries in the trunk then refused attempts to tip him. Wow. Only issue was incredibly narrow aisles. Poor stockers couldnt work without blocking aisles in both directions. Ill be back.

I like Public better than Kroger because I dont have to get a friggin card out of my purse before checking out my groceries. The only thing I would change is to have a drink machine like they have at Burger King so I can get different types of waters. I hate getting water out of a drinking fountain.

This place has very bad costumer service. I didnt appreciate them not taking my wic vouchers. When I been to this publix so many time and all of suddenly they wont let me have lactose milk for my son, who is lactose intolerant. Now I have to go to another store out my way that will accommodate me.

I love shopping here. I always get Great service. Always fresh meat & produce. Love their deli & bakery goods! Just recently I bought a cake elsewhere and they willingly engraved the cake for free!! Amazing!! Such great customer care!! Love them!!
