Remember when it was cool to recycle and save money!! I dont usually shop here. Just not in my area. And thats fine with me. I have an ingles card. But apparently it doesnt work for some reason anymore. So I went to check out with my soon to be 1 item that was on sale. The cashier quickly let me know that the item I picked up did not scan and I would have to get another one and put the unscannable item back. As I was taking it back I noticed that it had been stuck to the shelf and the UPC code ripped off. Thats cool... I get back to the checkout and let her know why and that I brought it up to front desk. Whatever.. New item scanned ! Total cost given! I asked her to please allow me to put my Ingles card in again bc maybe I made a mistake! She promptly said that i couldnt do it again. Why?? I dont know?? Then she asked me if I wanted another card and I would have to fill it out before it is used. I started to fill it out while other customers are now waiting for all of these "small issues." How embarrassing. Mind you this was 1 item. Ok ... most amazing part of this visit is the lady behind me also had a issue with her Ingles card. So The card that I had just received and was in the process of filling out (which is a legit new working card) I asked her if she wanted to use it for her 2 items.. The cashier actually had the nerve to tell her that we could not use the same card!!! And that bc it was already scanned but not filled out she was going to throw it in the garbage! Not recycling or reuse !! Literally the card with information to be filled out was taken from the customer service counter 15 ft away, scanned 1 time and throw it in the garbage??? Not sure what the thought process of that is... recycling is the best way to help everyone save money. Sure its just 1 card.. And maybe 5 or6 other people didnt have a card.. I also expressed that it was important for the item I purchased be done quickly.. Ladies we all have been there. I was and I am always polite to everyone! All of this for 1 box of tampons. No worries though, I filled in my info and turned it in to the management at the front desk. You want to hear something funny.??!! This was a few weeks ago and the card is still working but not with My information that I turned in. I make it a point to stop by and let other people who dont have a card use mine! Recycle and smile!

Expired food. Bought food on 16th. Should have paid attention but I didnt. Chicken dated two days prior to purchase and yogurt dated for July 3rd. Ridiculous. This isnt the first time either. Also on a separate date daughter had to use bathroom and employee had both bathrooms locked down to clean. He was pouring cleaner all over floor. I asked if we could use one that didnt have cleaner all over and he got irritated that I asked and said no since it was the mens room and then made us walk through the womens with cleaner covering floor. Will not be going here ever again

Store is clean and the staff mostly helpful. Staff at the Deli are not very attentive and I frequently have to get their attention. Great meat department with good sales. Not unusual to find bad fruits/veggies but true in most Canton grocery stores.

LOVE this grocery store. Very neat, very clean and friendly service. Far better selection on almost every grocery item compared to the local Publix or Kroger. This will be our go to grocery store moving forward!

I waited 10 minutes while they discussed the issue of the price of the item. They would not honor their listed price because it was "our price mistake" for a single item. Difference was 1 dollar. Thanks.

Hard to choose between Ingles and other local stores like it. They do have quite the beer selection and their deli/veggie section looks to be refreshed daily. They make a lot of stuff in-store.

The store seems clean most of the time and the staff is very attentive. Some prices are high and some are cheaper. The deli could have more selection but overall a good store.

Store is clean and has a great variety of foods. Be sure you use your Ingles Rewards or youll be paying more than other grocery stores. Imho.

This is where I always shop. All the employees are always very nice. They have a butcher at the store so I like that the meat is always fresh.
