This is the worst Taco Bell Ive ever had the DISPLEASURE of entering. I arrived at the store and ordered at precisely 7:23:48pm. What I noticed upon ordering was a young lady, whom I assumed was a customer, lounging at the end of the counter. At first, things seemed ordinary but then I saw this same young lady, walk around the counter, with the employees, and proceed to take orders. She had on no uniform, so identifying her as employee was not obvious. There were 7 more orders taken after mine, walk-ins and drive-thru combined. The staff was fixing food but no food was going out. Thats when I saw why. After the staff packed two 12 count taco boxes and two bags with food, the young lady gathered the items and left with her awaiting party. Meanwhile, the customers were not served. I waited 30 minutes for 2 Quesadias, a smothered burrito and a brownie. Though the food was delicious, I will never visit this establishment again and I will be posting this review to other sites. This manager was very discourteous to the customers and staff.

A Robbery or Murder waiting to happen. While in the drive-thru a guy stepped out of the trash area and another one appeared out of nowhere both pretty close to my car but far enough so they could move either way. I told the girl on the speaker I didnt feel safe and would pull up to the window. Was told I could get out of my car and come in (seriously??), that these were temp workers from next door (no, those guys were on the other side)..a car pulled up behind me and the guys bolted. I ordered and again try to warn them of these guys in their drive thru only to rudely be told I was backing up customers. I called corporate and let them know so hopefully one less person will get car jacked or worse.

Food was good but the employee that was more concerned with clocking out to go home while the drive thru and dining room was full of customers waiting for service and his team was in need of help was the worst!!! Its understandable that its time for you to go but thats not how the restaurant business works. You dont always get to go home at your scheduled time if you get busy at the last minute. Whoever the lady was that came in from her car out of uniform and went back to help the crew get those orders out is a REAL restaurant worker and should be commended and promoted!!! She saved the day!!

Ordered breakfast: burrito hasbrowns. Receive a cold burrito and some type of cinnamon bites. When I took the cinnamon bites back the guy tells me they had to substitute them for hasbrowns. Im like why? So eventually I get the hash browns and then drive off only to realize the burrito was super cold. Ew

I ordered and received my food quickly. The place was lively with people coming in and going out during a busy lunch hour rush. So I was surprised with speed of service. The restaurant was clean and the employees were professional.

The worst Taco Bell in the City! And possible the planet. Food prepared poorly and incorrectly. Dont waste your breath asking for hot sauce! We tried this location multiple times hoping for improvement.....not so much!

Went during lunch rush. Wait time was forever and a day. I noticed that orders didnt come out in the order they were placed. Some people were in and out in 5 mins, others waited 20+ mins.
