Very pleased every visit! When you walk in you are greeted by friendly voices and kind faces. They give off a very "home" environment like your friendly neighbor. The food is always hot and fresh, just a word of advice if you come at 2pm-3pm and thats not normally when anybody eats lunch but some people do. Those people might be the ones to complain about the food. This is their slow period so very few people come in to eat and this is why some food like the veggies look dry but theyre very friendly as I have said before and will provide fresh veggies just for you. @michael...I would have gladly took a bottled coke instead of fountain, you didnt pay full price for it, why complain? If you guys ever have a problem the general manager makes it his business to always take care of any situation so dont leave unhappy. Speak up and reap the benefits of a restuarant staff that really cares about their customers.

Ive always been a fan of Boston Market. It was one of my mainstays for lunch while pregnant with twins and needed real food for lunch. To my disappointment, my family went there this evening to participate in their $1 meal promotion and all of us had to check out separately. My husband, my daughter and my son and me. Whats worse is that my 2-year old toddlers couldnt get a meal because they couldnt order or pay by themselves. We were thankful for the discounted meal and shared our food with the tots. However, the service rep really left me with a bad taste in my mouth. Especially because they have another promotion for 2 kids to eat free, all day - everyday -- just not for $1 TODAY. All I can say is "WOW" . . .

First off, the restaurant was very very cold. The man at the cashier pressured me into a $13 meal that was served in less than two minutes. I downed the food but am writing this review 20 minutes later in great discomfort. This is extremely over-priced fast food. I will not be going back.

The chicken noodle soup had bones in it. This was clearly concerning. The staff is curtious and friendly but the food quality control is lacking. Most times we have no trouble, but all it takes is one time... Really disappointed with this location, and thats too bad.

Good food. Would recommend getting the rotisserie chicken with a side of BBQ sauce, cinnamon apples, and sweet potato souffle. Not the healthiest meal per se but its super delicious. Would check it out if you are in the area. Makes a great lunch or dinner spot.

Probably last time with a limited menu how can you screw up such a short list so often. Potatoes burnt and chicken under cooked and the wrong pieces. At least the bread was warm but the cashier had to cop an attitude about this. Why Who Trains these people?

These people starting with the mgrs to employees with exception to Kim and a couple of other people. Even Calli is the DM and he is even more rude than the stores people. So the food its just ok not usually hot when u get but its good.

Stopped by on our way through Atlanta because we dont have Boston Market in Nashville. Food was great and the staff was so nice and friendly!! They greeted every guest through door and knew their regulars by name!!!

Poor reception Fridge did not work throughout my stay Nothing continental about breakfast No housekeeping throughout stay Sub standard and dirty pool. I will never recommend the place to anyone

My food seemed to have been sitting for a while before I got it. I felt that the Boston market frozen meals at the grocery store were better. I had the rotisserie chicken and it was very dry.
