Horrible service. I was out with a friend yesterday and we decided we wanted to stop and get something to eat there. While being seated we passed our waiter and he huffed and puffed because we were being seated at his table. He did not introduce himself. He was not attentive at all. He brought out everyones food accept my daughters. He said he forgot. We ordered frozen drinks and it took 15mins to come out. The drinks had melted. We had to remind him that we ordered drinks. He did not apologize. He bought the drinks and walked off. We spoke with 2 managers and they basically bragged about his service. This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. We requested a new server and the request was never fulfilled. This man kept coming to our table. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT TO ANYBODY. HORRIBLE SERVICE. I WILL NEVER SPEND MY MONEY THERE AGAIN!!

The service on this day was absolutely horrible!!!! If we could give a rating of -zero we would! First we were seated and forgotten about until we finally asked if we had a server. Ordered a draft beer. Was initially given a cocktail and the waiter didnt realize that even though there was an umbrella w/ fruit and orange juice in the cup. When I finally received the beer it was a bottle.The queso we ordered to go with our chips as an appetizer- queso came after the chips were gone and the meal had arrived. Usually service at this location is ok, but today I dont know what was up. I am usually a Really good tipper, but today Im sure the waiter got My point!

Wish I had a 0 to rate.Horrible from start to finish. Our waiter acted like he had a problem with us from the time we were seated. He forgot to put in my friends daughters order. Forgot to pick up our drinks that we received when we were almost done eating. Never asked us if we were ok. It was So bad we had to ask management for napkins. His attitude, service, and demeanor was beyond deplorable. On top of the fact that management took up for him! We were told by management that he scored high with secret shoppers...What the crap???? I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. I WILL NEVER SPEND ANOTHER DIME HERE.

I used to come requently especially for their drinks but after tonight I will no longer dine her. My grandmother ordered a dish but it ended up being too salty and since she just got released from the hospital for high blood pressure she did not eat majority of he food. We assumed that since she didnt eat they would of been understanding and remove the dish from the ticket or offer to replace the meal but neither was done. The female manager refused to allow us to get something different or remove it off the ticket. We will never return to this location ever again! Awful management!

We had dinner tonight, the wait was fine and to be expected in a Sunday. The server was great, no complaints. However, our food was awful. The queso was reheated and clearly not fresh. The food came out and our enchiladas had burning out plates but cold in the middle. Odd but seriously it isnt that hard to make Mexican food the correct way. No o didnt pay for my dinner but the manager was less than "understanding" he apologized once but no other statements. Thanks for doing the right thing but I will never come back to this location.

My first and last time there. I ordered the Tilapia and shrimp and my tilapia came out looking like a piece of KFC chicken with the KFC batter. I sent my plate away after one bite because it tasted uncooked. Then as me and my wife began sharing her plate, which was the Mango Salmon. We found some in her food on the side I was eating from. SMH, the manager came out and apologized and those orders off our ticket but thats it. No gift cards to compensate or nothing. We were still charged for the drink and appetizer.

Ive been to two other La Parrillas, Howell Mill and Powder Springs and I enjoyed those. By far the one in Fayetteville is the WORST experience Ive had with La Parrilla!! The service here is zero to none!! We came here with a party of 10 for my aunts birthday. Ive never experienced this level of service in my life. Stay away from this La Parrilla if youre black. The manager was very unaccommodating. The waitress spilled our drinks and still served them!! Total nightmare!!

Every mishap I ran into at this restaurant felt like it could have been avoided. The hostesses would run back and forth seemingly confused. The waiter was pretty much absent my entire visit. The manager took better care of me, really. When I finally got my tacos, I was pretty much full off of the chips and salsa. The tacos were slightly underneath being hot and a little underwhelming. HOWEVER, make no mistake, The food was delicious!

Entered the restaurant and the greeter asked how many in our party; then said she would be right back. She returned a couple mins later and completely overlooked us and started helping another party. After making multiple eye contacts with the greeter she sent someone over to inform my party that she had no idea we were waiting and the wait would be another 10-15 minutes. The miscommunication is unacceptable. We left, never to return.

This place used to be top-notch with friendly customer service, I usually call to place a togo order and for some reason their phone is always disconnected I have to drive all the way to the restaurant to Oder my food its ridiculous... Management is a joke the hostess always chatting using their phones.... Stop hiring irresponsible teenagers and please fix your freaking phone sigh

Food is great drinks are great not a good place a romantic dinner but the turn up is real be ready to wait if your going on a weekend because they are always crowded but the service is fast and the food is hot. Plus I brought my 11month old son and he got hit on by one of the waitresses lol he so handsome but overall a good time I gave 4 stars due to the wait time

Ordered the chicken fajita cooked well, they brought it out and it was barely warmed so I sent it back. It came back burnt to a crisp. It looked, smelled and taste extremely burned. It was my mates birthday celebration and he suggested that we NEVER visit this location again. So, Fayetteville you guys lost two great customers. Wish I could post the pictures here.

I have eaten at this particular restaurant only once, but my experience was unforgettable. We received great food and great service. Our server was obviously new. He was not very good, but he was super kind and enthusiastic. He made our night, so we left a good tip. I cant remember his name, but I hope hes still there and I hope hes killing it.

The only reason Im giving 2 stars is because I didnt get to eat there. As soon as I walked in the hostesses were looking at me and family VERY rudely and looking us up and down. She looked like she couldnt believe we were eating here and giving us attitude. We decided to leave and based on that I will not be returning ever.

The service was average, but the good was horrible. My black beans tastes like water, and my waitress just said the she did not like black beans so she would not know. My daughtees coconut shrimp where horrible. She had to take the breading off in order to eat them. This was out first and last time coming here.
