This is my first time eating here and I agree with some of the other reviews about how clean this place is. I retracted stars however due to the staff. I want to think he is the manager because he gives off That vibe. I see people have had problems with this "cashier" being rude. Also, This may be picky of me but how I am greeted and spoken to is important to me. This will affect me visiting again when I come back up here for appointments. He seemed like he was in a rush. I didnt get my receipt and when I asked if there were nuts on my item he gave a look like "you seriously asking me that". I wouldnt have asked had he let me see my item first instead of throwing it in a bag. I mean, I paid an extra .65 for that. I tried to leave the usual have a nice day and he turns his back on me. Like seriously? You had one person in the drive through and I was the only customer in house buying something. Maybe he had a bad day, I dont know but this is supposed to be a customer friendly place. When a customer is smiling and not being rude I would think you at least return the smile or greeting. My item also had strawberry juice smeared in the container lead leaking the juice. Seriously why were you in a rush? It doesnt take much to greet your customers and smiling does have some positive effects on your body.

Horrible service....paid for a Crispy Chicken and was given 2 chicken tenders instead. When i confronted the situation i got brushed off and told i was getting a deal because the chicken was actually smaller than the tenders. Mindful there is a 3pc tender meal cheaper than this 2pc he subsituted for my Crispy Chicken. After customers noticed he had no gloves or professionalism they started to leave. This is when he threw the difference in quaters in my wifes hands. We just left and vowed to never eat here again. This is definently an embarsement to the DQ

I went through the drive thru. It took 7 mins before my order was recieved. It took another 10 mins before my food was given to me. The deluxed cheeseburger was overcooked and excessively dry. Very little ketchup or mayo was placed on the sandwich. A few pieces of shredded cheddar cheese was put on the sandwich instead of a slice of cheese. Above all, the cheeseburger and fries were cold!!!! The fries were tiny and hard. Additionally, the staff moved lethargically and was not friendly.

My personal experience was not bad but the way the cashier spoke with other guest was very rude and disrespectful. They were recycling the food ( if you brought your food back with a problem they fixed it to make the next customers order right) and there was a lot of yelling back and forth from the front counter to the kitchen. The cashier was handling the money and the food and never washed his hands. I only purchased a chicken strip basket but will never visit this restaurant again

Worst burger Ive ever had hands down. Severely over cooked and tasted like cardboard its a shame too because theyve been there for a long time but now theyre under new ownership. They probably wont be there much longer if they keep it up.
