We just tried to order from this Pizza Hut location, and almost two hours later we have no pizza to prove for it. We are visiting military at the nearby military post, and when I originally tried to call in a delivery order to the on-post hotel, we were told it was outside of their service area (6 minutes from the Pizza Hut, mind you). We then placed an order online for carryout, but when we got out to our car it wouldnt start, so we called immediately to cancel the order. We were then told that we COULD deliver, and explained our address and building location (specifying we were indeed on the military post), and gave the person on the phone my credit card number. Twenty-five minutes later, we received a phone call from the driver asking where we were located, and it turned out they had gone to the other side of town. I told him where we were (again), and he said hed have to call me right back. Its been an hour, its after 11 PM, and we havent heard a word back (and theres still a pending charge on my debit card). Needless to say, a call will be made to the manager tomorrow, as THREE different employees were completely incompetent.

Completely horrible experience. Food was over an hour late from scheduled time & approx 45 mins after I received a txt saying the food was out for delivery when the address was less than 5 minutes from the store. The order arrived without icing in the box & the driver said he would come back with it- which of course he didnt. Came inside and got ready to divide the food up and realized the cheese sticks were cold and they put bread sticks in place of the cinnastix. It looked like they just threw whatever they had in the store in the box & said wait until 12am to deliver so they cant bring it back tonight. This is ridiculous- not only did I pay for food that I did not get I also payed for food I did not order. I will be bringing the entire uneaten order to the store tomorrow morning to get a refund for this trash that I payed 21.00 for with tip. I was supposed to be enjoying a movie night with my daughter eating pizza not having to go find some other food after whats now past midnight and write a bad review.

Absolutely terrible food and service. Ordered 14 wings at 7:30 pm and received them at 9:45 pm. I called to speak with a manager and received nothing but attitude from some guy named Thomas. Waited on hold for 15 minutes before I was hung up on. When I called back in I was Givin more attitude about wanting to speak with a manager from Thomas, was put back on hold for 5 minutes and then they asked me to call back in half an hour later. After I refused to callin later I got a manager on the phone and had my complaint logged. A few minutes later I did receive my ice cold wings along with an 8 INCH HAIR in them. Im completely done with pizza Hut after this, and will be spreading the word.

This place is horrible!!! Recieved my order 2 hours late and it was cold. When i called the store prior to recieving my food, they kept saying that my food has been delivered. I stay 7 minutes away. Its a straight shot. I call back 30 minutes later and they are still telling the same lie. Saying he may have got caught in traffic how can you get caught in traffic when the drive is a straight shot. I could understand being maybe 10 minutes late but not 2 hours. Never ordering from this location ever again.

I can see why they only have 2.5 stars. It took almost 2 hours for my order to be delivered. When it arrived, the pizza was cold and didnt have the extra pepperoni I ordered. And there was no sauce with the bread sticks. The driver said there was nothing he could do about the sauce and left. I called the restaurant and asked for a refund of the order. The manager said the pizza would need to be returned if I wanted a refund. They also overcharged my credit card by $5.00.

So two hours ago I ordered a pizza the asked if it was delivery or carry out! I said delivery gave address, name, number and order! I had to call for them to tell me they are only doing carry out and I stated that would have been nice to know when I ordered and the guys says " well I just told you sir" the right thing for them to do would be to call me with the number I gave them to tell me they couldnt deliver! Not happy at all!

I just ordered the perfect (my opinion) pizza online only. I waited about an hour before I called to see what the hold up was , being that the email estimated a 30 mins.wait. The woman answered the phone very dryly and informed me my order was cancels because they didnt have a driver....well damn. Thanks for telling me after a whole hour. If you have a car and are looking for a job please go apply at this location.

Im not sure why my husband insist on ordering from this particular pizza hut. The service is always bad. It doesnt matter what time of the day you order. Theyre very ghetto & unprofessional. We called to order pizza for the kids one Friday & they didnt answer the phone. When he drove up there they had already closed, mind you this is about 830-9 oclock on a Friday. This its just unacceptable.

They need to close that location first time I got my delivery the food was cold. Ok forgive and forget tonight I ordered one pizza and wings I live 7 mis away from the location it took 3 hours I called and canceled the delivery the manager that was there tonight 11/11/2014 at 7:59 just said ok and hung up. I WILL NEVER order from Pizza Hut on WASHINGTON ROAD in East Point GA again!

I have had mixed experiences with this location. On one hand their take out service is good. Whenever I order for pick up the staff are friendly. The facility is also clean. On the other hand if I order for delivery I wait a very long time for my food. By the time I get my pizza its not hot and kind of on the soggy side. They really should hire more delivery drivers.

I ordered pizza on last night and received part of my order, called the store and the person stated that the missing items would be sent out and they never arrived. The driver showed up with his pants hanging off his but. Watch your order very close because they have thieves working at this location. I will be calling the management this morning for a refund.

These people were fine..dont listen to these whiners on here..anyone who orders a delivery after 9 pm and expects it to be quick is an idiot..ive ordered at leats 10 tims, always on time, always good..this is why internet reviews are a bad idea..any crybaby can get on here and psot something and make a place look bad. nd never order online thats for kids..

I live 8 mins away and just ordered some food. Before I ordered i looked up the most recent reviews and they sucked. Being that I was starving and had to chose between this place and another nearby joint I chose this one because I am familiar with "Pizza Hut." But anywho gave two starts because my food is cold. How could be being I live around the way?
