I was so extremely bummed out the first time I tried this location of Wingstop. My last house was also near a Wingstop and it was awesome. Although Wingstop is a little pricey for wings, I never had a problem dishing out cause it always tasted good, was extremely quick and good service for a fast food chain. This location, the exact opposite. They never get the pick up time right for pickup - either Im sitting there for 10-15 minutes after Ive waited at home or the food has been sitting out long enough to get cold. Forget about it if you walk in, youll be waiting atleast 25 minutes on a slow night. The quality is just... bad. Theres no uniformity in the quality of the wings and especially the fries. A cook needs an exact time of frying to get it to the right consistency; more importantly, the entirety of the back of the house staff needs to understand this as a uniform measure. The food is always undercooked and always has the wrong amount of sauce (either bone dry or soaking wet). The front of the house is clearly disgruntled, poorly managed and just trying to get to the end of the shift; so its not surprising that they are rude to the customers. Ive been here a few times and every single time Ive been disappointed and felt like I got ripped off. For such low quality of service, food standards and overall taste - you should be paying half as much. Wingstop corporate should be alarmed, for whomever the franchise owner for this location is - they clearly have some serious management issues and are causing serious harm to the brand.

BEWARE! Placed on order online last night... received order number. Lazy employees decided to shut down early and closed the system down so my order was never received. I originally tried to order by phone and they would not answer... assuming they were busy I used the app and placed the order. Received an order number. The app does not allow a section for special instructions ie: sauce on the side, hold the salt etc... so on my way to the location I tried to call the entrie time and still no answer... yet I have an order number and a pick up time. When I arrived they all just looked at me like I was an alien... said the manager said to shut down their system at 11:30... phone call to manager said that was not the case... If you advertise until midnight then youre open til midnight! My order was placed at 11:30 and was accepted online! Manager offered free dinner on next visit... as if that would pay for my wasted time! I have a Taco Mac within a mile from my house I could have ordered from! The wasted time prevented that and forced me to eat crappy wings at Applebees! Looking forward to speaking with the owner!

They always get my order wrong. I ask for well done wings a date fries but once I check my food, its cooked soft. Dont know why wingstop think people want undercooked fries and wings. Also, I called to place an order on line and was on hold for 15+ minutes. Since I was in route to the store I decided to drive up. I still had the phone to my ear and the girl that answered the phone was busy doing other things and never went back to the line. I placed my order in the store and told her that it would be nice to not leave your customers on hold for so long. Wingstop have good wings and late hours...which is the only reason I would continue to visit. However, now that I know there is a Taco Mac in the vacinity that stays open late as well, I may need to reconsider. Poor customer service and lowsy cooks that can never seem to deliver what was ordered.

One of the biggest reasons why I gave this place a one star is because of lack of customer service. I attempted to place an order here by phone 3x on my way home from work; the first time they put me on hold and then it disconnected, the second attempt they hung up on me and the third attempt they never answer the phone this all happen within 15 minutes of each other. Whats funny is that I made a drive by 20 minutes later and the restaurant seemed empty. I think the employees either decided to shutdown at 6pm or are just being lazy. In the end, I ended up going to Taco Mac down the road instead, at least they pick up the phone to get my order. Maybe I called on a bad day, either way that shouldnt be the way to run a business.

Ordering here may cause temporary irritation. Our experience started off well we Ordered 50 wings (over the phone) and was told they would be ready for pick up in 30 min. When we requested for dipping sauce at the counter the gentlemen at the front informed us there was a charge of $1 per sauce! Now, when we ordered the wings and we said hot, it truly did not occur to him we may be interested in the combo since thats the only way to get free sauce for FIFTY wings! After we told him this it became evident he also did not care because there was apology or effort to keep us as customers. Then we got home and the wings sauce was off, just didnt taste right. Thats all folks hope this helps you

Oblivious staff. Tables never clean, they never have the sweet tea filled, if they do its almost bone dry and you cant even get a second refill. Placed an order to go over the phone one time. Got there and they said my order was never taken. The place was not busy at all makes me wonder what happened. Then I had to wait a good 25+ minutes on my order that I placed over the phone but had to re order in store. Ive been in great wingstops. This is not one of them. Waited so long for my order and my chicken was still under cooked. Broken wings to top it off. I will never go back to this wingstop ever again.

My sis came to town from Ohio and wanted to try the wings here since they arent any lications there. Big disappointment in the cleanliness of the kitchen, dining area, employees in the kitchen area not wearing hair nets and the staff was not at all professional. The Cajun wings we purchased were fried way too hard to njoy, the veggie sticks were cut as if they were prepped to cook a roast...not to mention the wait time. Overall, not a great first impression for her...

Reading all the comments and dont understand. Its a wing place with some of the best wings compared to other wingstops ive been to nearby. I work in a restaurant and the stress is always there. Some say the customer is always right but the customer can also be difficult. I give it 5 stars because everytime i go dine in or carryout its a clean atmosphere and the food is consistent definetly one of the best wing places i know

Service is terrible. The employees have to be prompted to help you even if youre the only one in the building. Theyd rather just talk to each other or make personal phone calls. The food itself is just bad - overly salty and inedible. We ordered a few different flavors to go and ended up tossing them. There are many other places to get wings around here, and youd be better off with any of them.
