What a shame! Easily used to be one of my favorite places to eat in town, would come every other week or so before I moved away. I recently moved back and they must be under new management! Smiling, friendly faces were gone and they skimped on all the portion sizes, which is awful considering their prices. The man in front of me ordered one entree one side, and apparently the chain is now in the habit of making the 1.25 up charge for shrimp & special dishes now limited to 5 shrimp per serving? My own bowl wasnt even filled up to the top, which used to be the usual. When checking out I was almost charged for a large soda despite only asking for a large cup for ice water. When I asked if he was really going to charge me for soda I wasnt going to drink, he rolled his eyes, said "Whatever." and took the drink off my bill. Cant believe it even caused a discussion! Sadly wont be returning anytime soon- and I hope others take this as a warning. Other locations may be fine, but avoid this one! At least till they get their act together.

Toothpick in my food, stabbed and got (temporarily) lodged in my upper mouth. Went back, there wasnt even a manager on site, employees arent equipped to handle things like this- no fault on them, thats not their job. I may alter this review once im able to get in contact with management. I get it, stuff happens, people make mistakes. Staff was super apologetic and polite- even if they are ultimately responsible for the wayward toothpick- i have no complaints with them. Its just unfortunate because panda was always a frequent quick, go to, food for me when im travelling and working long hours, like tonight. I cant say thats the case anymore.

Hi. I wanted to share my experience with this Panda Express. Me and my family used to eat here all the time. A couple of weeks ago I ordered chicken from this location that gave me food poisoning for 2 days straight. I am pretty sure the cook did not cook it all the way through. It completely made me never want to eat Panda express ever again. Sorry to say this but I thought others should know...

We quit going to this location. We go to the one in Johns Creek now. The employees including the manager seem angry here. The food usually looks disgusting from sitting so long. They arent inclined to cook a new batch. All the Pandas of course mix the old food with the new which is not good. Im not sure how they get away with this from the Heath Dept.

How often when walking into a restaurant are you greeted with indifference? Well, the folks here at Panda Express in Cumming greeted me warmly and sincerely! The food rocks, and not expensive either ... Great service, delicious eats, AND theyre happy youre here!!! Thanks for an awesome experience.

The food was either under-cooked or something was old. I was sick for the entire day after my meal.... hope it was an isolated case as I normally frequent Panda Express at least twice a month. I would suggest that management keep the soda fountain area cleaner as it was very sticky and wet.

Waited for 10 minutes to get orange chicken ready. 3 other guys were in front of me waiting. just as soon as the chicken arrived, it finished again before I could make it and they asked me to wait 10 more minutes again. Very bad service and no regard for the customers. I walked out.

Food is amazing, the employee who served me, was very picky with the food portions being served, asked if she wouldnt mind to serve me a bit more even if was extra, the look on her face wasnt very pleasant. And for the price I paid, I didnt get enough food to satisfy my appetite.

The "express" refers to how fast it goes through your digestive system. I jest. The service was pretty fast, but got bogged down at the register. Food overall was pretty good. I got the noodles for a change of pace from the usual fried rice and it was really good.

This location is horrible. The service is the slowest and worst of any location...coast to coast. They are always out of food and a line out the door. The food is mediocre at best and some quite stale.

Horrible customer service here. Food is ok but staff is rude and seemingly untrained. Sweet tea wasnt sweet, after something was said they were defensive and wouldnt fix it.
