This was my first time eating at Firehouse Subs. I would definitely not come back to this location. The food was good but the service was not. We were made to feel unwelcome, I presume because we had the nerve to enter the restaurant 25 minutes before closing. Our orders were grudgingly taken (in a terse and abrupt way) and we were told EVEN BEFORE WE WERE SERVED OUR FOOD that they were closing in 15 minutes. When the assistant manager called out that it was 5 minutes to close while we were still eating, I wrapped up my half eaten sandwich and left. What rudeness. So sorry to inconvenience them with my business. They will not have to worry about that happening again.

My first time and my last time eating at this location. I asked for a carton for my sandwich. The girl at the register told me I could get that. The Big guy making the sandwich asked her what did I say. After waiting for 15 mins I got a cold sandwich that is hot at other locations. I was the only one in there at the time. Oh yeah. I didnt get my carton for my sandwich. If it wasnt policy to give me one because I didnt order a meatball sub. Just tell the customer that when they ask. Bad apple in the bunch with too much facial hair to be making food. Need hair net. Bad location

I went in this location for the first time today. I had only been to Firehouse Subs only once before. I made a mistake and ordered the wrong number for my combo which was a to go order. I didnt notice that is was wrong until I got home. I called the restaurant back to see if it was my error or theirs. It ended up being my error, but the staff member that answered the phone & the manger were so friendly and nice and even remade the correct sub for me. Good customer service is so hard to find, but Im glad I found it here today.

My friend and I got food posioning from this location. Its unfortunate, i go go Firehouse all the time, weekly. Ill NEVER return. Chills, vomiting, extreme gas pains, 102 fever, loss of appetite. I reccomend rethinking eating here. Which is nothing to say of the poor service.

Always room for improvement the little things matter. The silverware is always missing. The food is good but the condiments on the to go orders need work.

Good subs for a chain restaurant and prices are very good. Outdoor seating area is small but it is nice to take advantage of on a good day.
