as they have a good idea, and do try to please. however i find that lack of product inside the buns is very dissapointing. if they would give the paying customer what they advertize. there would be no problem, however there photos are very wrong, very misleading. saturday nite at 6pm ( dinner time) there were no customers, i guess everyone else has already figured this out. i paid 20 dollars for 2 subs and 2 small fries with 2 small fountain drinks. couldnt have costed them 4 dollars to make. shame on u another good idea gone bad as product greed has replaced customer satisfaction....

I feel like the employee you have located at the penn station by London krogers (zane cash Kiser) deserves more than you have been giving this man. He work his tush off to provide for his needs, and you disrespect him like that. Terrible business, Zane kiser needs fired. THis man has better things to do, such as playing 2k or getting females.

One of my favorite restaurants in London. The customer service is excellent and the quality/quantity of the food is well worth the price. The fresh cut fries and fresh squeezed lemonade are just added benefits to an excellent menu. It does take a few minutes for your sandwich to be made from scratch but it is well worth the wait.

This sandwich was awful and purchased at the Penn Station in London Kentucky. my experience there was awful. soggy bread no meat on the sandwich it was just awful

One of my favorite places to eat. I rated them a 4 only because they use peanut oil and there are alot of allergies. Still, amazing food :) worth the price tag.
