Waited in line for over 15 minutes and NOBODY ever came to service us. There were about 7 people in line (the man in front of me had been there about 30 minutes) and I mean not one person even acknowledged that people were in the lobby..they didnt have one cashier. Employees in the kitchen would walk past and not even talk to us or let us know when someone would be by to help us. One employee was on lunch break and was just sitting there watching us, didnt even try to get someones attention. This was on a Friday at around 8:30 PM...HOW DO YOU NOT HAVE ONE CASHIER ON A FRIDAY?! It got to the point that most of the line just walked out and went and ate elsewhere. When I left the man at the front of the line still had not even been acknowledged, nor was the woman and her 3 kids behind me who had to stand in line for as long as me whos son had artificial limbs and could barely even stand...all while the other employees just stared at us. WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN.Terrible experience.

~no toilet paper in male bathroom ~no soap in female bathroom ~hot pocket-esque breakfast food (consumer discretion advised) ~Tried to order item on menu and was told it was unavailable. Same item was ordered in drive thru lane, and was made... 5 minutes later... ~self service drink dispenser was broken and did not serve water ~employees were also broken, and did not serve water (left after waiting 15 minutes to be talked to .... There was no line... Or water) ~watched angry customer wait over 15 minutes for food... She ask for money back, the money was given... Her food was not yet made) ~employees showed an overall lack of efficiency, courtesy, and general care ~on the PLUS side I was served a delicious cup of coffee... I was not asked if I wanted cream or sugar, but got it anyway!

If I could give ZERO stars, thats what I would rate this Taco Bell. Taco Bell is a family favorite on road trips and we have had very poor, SLOW service in the past at this very same location. We were in a hurry tonight and stopped there. There was a very long line both inside and in the drive through. I went in with my son and there were people complaining theyd been waiting for 15 min and hadnt even ordered yet, people walking out, etc. we waited 33 min to order and receive our food. Their pop machine was straight water, they were out of sauce, they didnt give us the right order and the place was a nasty mess. We will never be back. What a mistake.

Im sorry guys, I actually work there, I just started a little over 2 weeks ago. Our GM quit on us our other GM got another job offer and quit as well, we have had a few quit on us, its hard to get anyone to stay there because its hard work, we are always busy and no one wants to do it. Im sorry for the inconvenience, hopefully when they put the new store up on the falls road things will get better. We are under new management now, I have noticed in the last week that things have gotten alot better.

Great food for the price! Delicious, too! During the rush hour..…lunch times can be quite slower than usual. The staff is friendly and helpful. My daughter spilled my Pop, all over the floor and then my son, slipped in it and spilled his drink, as well. The staff responded quickly and didnt make us feel like we were bothering them, for the terrible mess we made. This is very refreshing!

Im not sure if it is a management problem or new employees, but the services are terrible. The service is as slow as the employees pace. Cashier was rude to customers, i.e., snapping at one lady to give her a name for the order. She was also heard saying that she would rather be home in bed. Pitiful attitude! One gentleman had to go behind the counter to get his cups for his drinks!

Would completely give this place a zero, s*** whole store, the cashier would not serve my coworker because hes African American and then his life was threatened by a group of bikers in the place. Completely uncalled for, its 2016 you bunch of hillbillies, and that man served his country. Taco bell corporate will be hearing about this ridiculous location.

The service was very fast. We stopped by thru the drive thru on our way home to indiana. I finally got to eat after a while of driving and to my displeasment i found a moldy tomatoe in my food. I threw it away because we obviously can not go back. Very displeased. They need to be more aware of what they are serving to their customers.

I cant believe that James Aaron guy that left a review 2 weeks ago was forced to eat his hands because he didnt get a fork. Thats crazy. I would just use a fork that was at my house or something...

Worst place to eat in town poor service very slow and understaffed. They are never open when their supposed to be. Signs say their open until midnight or later but doors are locked at 8pm and Noone will answer the drive through at all. Never open in the am either
