Poor experience. Ordered waffles during a peak hour. A manager was handling the waffle making station. She was using a knife to help separate the waffles from from the grills. When not using the knife, she would shove the blade under the grill to secure it (between the counter and bottom of grill); not a very sanitary place to store the knife. My waffle arrived light on the outside and under-cooked in the middle. Not an appetizing breakfast. Current GA Dept. Public Health Score only a 77. They do not care about you.

The food was good and hot! Cheese and eggs are the best at Waffle House. But what really stood out to me was a server who was actually a cook filling in as a server. He had the best attitude. He was very attentive to everyone in the restaurant. He was moving quickly around keeping drinks refills and making sure orders were taken. In my opinion, he was manager material. He had a professionalism about him and he was so upbeat! If I ever get to go back I hope Steven can be my server again!

Nasty nasty ordered a chicken melt my wife ordered a patty melt they mixed up the bread instead of making bew bread the put my chicken on the one the patty just came off nasty I dont want cow touching my chicken never eat at this waffle house service was terrible and they have no pride nasty nasty

Poor service. People there are racist. We sat at the booth waiting for service. Two white couples who came in after us they took their orders and acknowledged them. We had to wait. Smh my money is green just like theirs.

There was a grey hair inside my sandwich which no one there has grey hair either.... not that wonderful. But I didnt pay for it either so that was a plus......
