I would give this place 4.5 stars for their pastries. Its the best in town for my Chinese taste buds. Theyre always baked fresh daily from scratch, so the price is worth it. Another plus is the space this location has compared to the Buford hwy location. However, service wise, I would give it 4 stars because the staff isnt as friendly as that of the Buford hwy location. I had been a PB fan for years because of the quality baked goods. The downside of the place is that it has no WiFi. This applies to both locations. But for the most part, its awesome if youre a pastry person in need of a midday snack with a delicious cup of specialty coffee or tea to quench your hunger or. To me, PB offers the best quality foods when it comes to baked goods and specialty drinks. I have to say though, today I ordered a cappuccino and was surprised to find there was no sugar added. Turns out you have to add the sugar syrup yourself. Maybe its a new thing theyre doing.

La verdad es que no me gustó el ambiente. Es muy frío y las instalaciones tienen mucho eco lo cual lo hace un poco bullicioso. Tiene muchas opciones en cuanto a bebidas,postres y comidas saladas, sandwiches incluso helados de hielo. En mi experiencia las dos cosas que probé no me gustaron..... Volveré una vez más para sacarme el clavo de la comida.

Surprised I didnt already reviewed this place. Its one of the spots that is quickly becoming a popular hang out place to study, chit chat, and just relax. They are ideal for drinks, cakes, and other pastries. The interior is spacious and large. The open space design gives it a very free and welcoming atmosphere. Youll definitely have plenty of options when it comes to seating here. Their velvet teas are what many people consider their signature items but their menu is plentiful when it comes to what you are craving. Be sure to take your time and check out all the options. Overall, its a great spot for some R&R while enjoying some delicious drinks or pastries.

The place is modern and clean. The first impression is cold when we set foot into the store. Dont get me wrong, this is a great place to hangout and enjoy delicious drinks, desserts, and great selections of breads. The reason I gave three stars is because the place is not as cozy and inviting as Id like. Again, thats my opinion and you might like the ambience more. There are ample parking spaces and both restrooms have baby changing stations for those with young children which is a plus. Ill probably come back again.

Very trendy looking bakery/coffee shop. Grab a tray and a pair of tongs and get ready for some deliciousness. I had the croissant with pastry creme and strawberries. Yum! Also the tiramisu pastry was sooooooooo good. Everything is Very light, not too sweet. Also got a caramel latte. Coffee is very smoothe and the flavoring was perfect for me. Overall i just loved it all. Nice and open. Plenty of space to just sit and chat or bring your laptop and work. They do have WI-FI!

My Saturday guilty pleasure. The sandwiches are super fresh and tasty. The atmosphere comfortable and the staff very pleasant. Thoughts of the pastrys and various baked goods, sangria tea are making my mouth water. Ive met some nice and interesting customers who live blocks from their New York locations. This is actually a "European" based company that has only a few locations in the states. My slice of heaven right here in Duluth (smile).

Pros: Its expensive but the pastries and coffee are really good. So if youre willing to splurge its Id say its worth it. Flaky buttery pastries and airy fresh cream cakes seem to be their specialties. Their coffee has a distinguishable robust flavor that I really enjoy. Cons: It can get really busy on the weekends. Towards the end of the day the fresh baked goods have been out too long and the selection is really lacking.

Upon walking in all I could think was this place is really massive. From the expansive 25 foot wood table in the center of the room to the Delft inspired wall, which is about 30 feet wide, this cafe is dripping with design magazine worth beauty. As for the eats... youve got freshly baked bread, sandwiches, donuts, cakes, etc. and a sea of Korean favorites. If you are ever in Gwinnett this is a must visit.

The place is modern and pretty, but during my last visit it was an hour before closing and they had one window of pastries left and half of the drink menu was also out and could not even make some extra decaf coffee. On top of it, they started cleaning while open and while drinking my coffee, a very strong smell of cleaning products is all I could enjoy. Will think twice before returning.

They have great selection of pastry and breads. Most of their eateries have calorie info. Hope they could go extra step to have nutritional information as well. Their coffee was not very impressive. It was very mild. It was like coffee flavored hot water. Other than the coffee they are very impressive. I will update my review again if I see changes in the future.

Meh, its nothing special to justify their high price point. I think Id give it 5 stars if their pricing wasnt so high. $18 for a Swiss roll is about triple the price of most Asian bakeries. The cakes are good and so are their croissants. Coffee is better than most and the black sesame latte was very good. Go early or theyll be out of the good stuff.

This is a great place to hang out with friends and their food is delicious. Their customer service is also pretty good. What I would have liked to see, howeve, is more plugs around the store. There were very limited places one could plug in their computer to study. Otherwise their selection of cold and hot drinks and desserts is pretty good

TL;DR: croissant take away If youre looking for a nice Paris atmosphere this is the wrong place. The place is very noisy inside and you have a feeling of mass production plant instead of Paris style restaurant. The croissants were good but other cakes we tried were extremely sweet. The barista didnt know the job and the coffee was burnt.

Food is delicious and all of the pastries are works of art. They have mostly cold items, but will heat up sandwiches and other items for you. I had the ham & cheese croissant which was great, however the cream cheese donut I got was 90% hollow with very little cream cheese. The cream puff pastry was as light and airy as they come.

They are so good and nice but their bread is so thick to make a sandwich. Even if the bread itself is so delicious, the thickness of their bread is not right for sandwiches. The thick bread bothers the taste of the other ingredients. So I hope their bread can be two choices like thick cut or thin cut!!!

Very nice ambiance, food is very good, if pricey. The croissants looked a bit overcooked, but the overall flavors are nice. The sandwich and salad selections are good - I did not see any vegetarian sandwiches or salads. Im not sure if you can request custom sandwiches.

This is a horrible location. Brings shame to the franchise. Better go to buford hwy location. Better service and pastries actually taste amazing. Here not only did they not give me my drink the pastries were terrible... do not recommend
