HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! I placed a large order for my job, pick up time was an hour and a half later. When I arrived at the store my order was still not ready. After waiting another 20 minutes I got my order. When I got to my job I realized that 3 of my orders were left out. I called to inform the manager and was on my way to get the other orders. When I arrived the manager had an attitude as if I did something wrong!! I finally got my order and it was all thrown in one bag. I asked for the orders to be separated and he gave me 1 bag and walked away!! Not once was there an apology given or offering of anything for my inconvenience! I told the manager how disappointed I was since this was my first time ordering from them, and it will be my LAST!!!! Worst service I have ever received!!!

Usually love this place and while the food is always good the service last night... Not so great. I ordered an iced chai tea latte with my food. Got my food... waited 5 more minutes and nicely asked when I would get my drink, was told "ya we sposta make it". Saw two others get their food...waited a few more minutes. I was running late at this point so I asked one of the guys working for a cup so I could just get some iced coffee because no one was making my chai tea latte and didnt seem to want to. He handed me the cop with no apology and then turned around and walked away. It is what it is, I have worked in restaurants I get it but an apology wouldve been nice. I assume no one working knew how to make it which again is ok just say so.. oh well! Still good food.

We visited this Panera twice in 2 days. Once for lunch and once for breakfast. Both times we had takeout and our order was not correct. The first time, my son ordered chicken tortellini and got chicken tortilla soup. The second time we ordered an egg and cheese bagel and got an egg, bacon and cheese bagel. Because it was takeout, we didnt know until we were gone, so couldnt go back. It seems there is also confusion and delays in the food prep area. The staff was courteous and working hard and when I commented on the wait, were very professional and addressed it right away (as orders for customers who arrived after me had been filled ahead of my long wait). Perhaps more staff or addl training would be helpful.

This location is in a busy plaza with plenty of parking. It is convenient to several places and offers several differs options. Listen here! I have only visited this location once before. I wasnt impressed. HOWEVER... TODAY... I went to try the Asian Sesame Chicken salad. I was completely blown away. This salad was the tastiest salad I have ever had in my entire (insert # of years) life!! LOL I am so excited about this salad... I am almost tempted to go buy another. I will probably return tomorrow. My taste buds want more. LOL! Customer service was great too. Food was fresh. Staff was friendly and prompt.

Panera, you are one of my go tos during my pregnancy because your sandwiches just taste to so good and I love the broccoli cheddar soup. However, the portions lately have been ridiculously small and today I was given half a cup of soup. Half a cup of soup, no one even bothered to fill the cup the entire way because it was rush hour. Whats the point of having someone checking meals before they are handed out if they cant catch that? I didnt notice until I left and was back at my office. 38 weeks pregnant and left hungry. I pulled up just as they were ready to close. Amber was very friendly and took my order anyway. She was very pleasant even though it was a few minutes after closing time. They were out of a few things but happily made substitutions. The manager was even walking around and giving away free treats to the customers still in the store. Granted they were probably going to be thrown away or donated, but why not give them to paying customers.

I dont typically write reviews but after my most recent experience here, I feel compelled to. Firstly, we werent greeted by the cashier. She simply looked at me as I asked how she was doing. They forgot the cream cheese as they served the bagels, and ALL of the coffee dispensers were empty for the entire duration of my visit. Needless to say, we will not be returning here.

Almost silly how busy this location was. All but two seats filled, 4 people in line and 4 people standing waiting for food. It was fast enough to get my food but as I waited, one employee slung a to go bag on this shelf and it immediately started falling over and I was the only thing that saved it... And the employee never saw anything.

Just left without ordering. As I walked in two girls were talking at the registers; one says shes going on her break, the other just walks to the food prep area. I stood there for ten minutes, with a baby in my arms that was screaming "eat" and I was ignored. Employees dont give a crap and I wont be looking to eat there anymore.

The food tasted really good, however, to be overcharged for the wrong food is unacceptable. If a customer says the the order is wrong, the correct thing to do is fix it not tell the customer he ordered the wrong sandwich. It is a sandwich shop, how hard is it to make a panini??

This is my first time going to this restaurant it had a nice decor and a very pleasant staff ,the food was excellent I didnt expect it to be as good as it was but I will definitely go back again and again.

So slow. Turkey chili was OK but panini way over priced. 4th on line. 15 minutes till our order was taken. Crazy. Tossed out gift card with remaining balance. Wont go back.....ever !!!!!
