4 stars due to the employees that work there, I have personal relationships with some of them from over the years shopping here. The missing 5th star is due to the fact that on more than to many occasions I purchased out of date food from off the shelf here... this store has a tendency to be lacking on stocking the shelves properly

Everyone there were so friendly Im here on vacation and was pleasantly surprised...you do not get the kind of treatment in Columbus!! They even helped me to my car and unloaded my groceries and gave my 2 year old a balloon and they made sure to scan her juice and give it right back to her because she didnt want to let it go.

We have shopped at this Publix for over 17 years and frankly, I cannot imagine a better supermarket. The customer service exceeds all expectations and all of the personnel go out of their way to ensure that your visit is a good one. An A+ store. Thanks to all associates for a job well done.

Called to ask the bakery if they had any maple frosted donuts on a Sunday morning -- David answered, said there werent any out, but hed be happy to make me an order and that it would only take 20 mins. Thats awesome service right there. Thanks David and the rest of the bakery crew!!

This store is consistent with everything. From cleanliness to always having stocked shelves in every department. The staff is just great and they work hard and deserve the praise of working well together and being very helpful when needed.

BOGO. Need I say more? OK, the staff is very friendly just like at any decent Publix and the line for a sub can get a little lengthy during the lunch rush, but they always make sure their customers are being well attended to.

I LOVE this Publix specifically because you have a place to eat after you purchase food. No other Publix near here has that section. Love all the staff here, have used this Publix for over 18 yrs!

I live in Eastwood and dont go there anymore. They should change their hours, because after 8:30pm the employees ignore you in order to clean. And the deli/bakery will drop stuff and then serve it.

Pretty well stocked, dairy staff is Fabulous! Meat dept staff need an attitude adjustment! Otherwise the rest of the staff can be slow to respond but usually the fruit and veg dept is very clean.
