Snoballs=phenomal, wait=terrible Let me first say the snoballs are awesome. They are by far the best in Atlanta, and probably the best I have eaten in at least a decade. However, this place is worthy of two stars because the wait, during both slow times and busy times, is awful. I typically order three snoballs, one for wife, son, and me, and the wait to make them is about 10-15 minutes on a good day. You get 3 or 4 people in front of you...might as well go eat lunch. Today I got there at 3:45PM, realized the line had eight people in it and 4 others waiting for their snoballs, and decided to go get a burger at a local place. By the time my family and I (4 of us) finished at 4:30, my son wanted to go back since we werent able to get one earlier...and we went back and the same 8 people in front of me were were finishing their snoballs...45 minutes later. Like I said, excellent snoballs. Awful awful awful wait times.

The best place for authentic snoballs. The variety of flavors is so awesome. As a creature of habit, I stick to Blue bubblegum and Spearmint. Your mouth and teeth will turn colors but it is so worth it. The staff is fast, knowledgeable and very very accommodating--they make you feel like family /friends. If youre more adventurous try some of the menu item staples with ice cream/sorbet in the center and topped with condensed milk. They even offer sugar free flavors. The cafe also has flavored popcorn and usually have samples out. Con: The place is small and there is no where to sit inside; they do however have plenty of patio seating in front and around the cafe.

I absolutely love the New Orleans Snoball Cafe. I had snoballs in NOLA as a kid, and so when I found this place in Decatur, I was ecstatic. The staff are all awesome and the owners (especially Jared) are sweet as they can be. The atmosphere is always inviting and their homemade flavors rock. The ice cream they use to stuff the snoballs is divine. I recommend you go in and try it. I can almost guarantee youll find something you love. The New Orleans Snoball Cafe is a place we always stop when were in town and is a place I greatly miss at home in Indiana.

Yum Yum and Yum!!!!! I am obsessed with sno cones and these are the best in the city. Freshly Shaved Ice, syrup flavors for days and treats specific to New Orleans. They even have sugar free syrup...who would have every thought. And be sure to try the sno ball stuffed with ice cream. But for a real treat...top your sno ball with condensed milk. If you are looking for me I am waiting for my condensed milk at the end of the counter!!!

So this place is really cute. I really like the set up of everything. Please be prepared to wait because they always only have 1 person working when the line is out the door. The popocorn is ok and the snow cones are big but certain flavors could be better. I really like this place because the staff are so nice. This makes this place ok. I hope they get more bodies to work and re do a few flavors then its worth going too.

Jareds service is nothing short of phenomenal. The snocones were literally like snow that absorbed the syrup instead of the syrup running to the bottom. I had hurricane, grapefruit and lemon, and it was organic and homemade syrups !!! So delicious, ive been three times in one week and going again today. Lol a must try, totally worth the drive. Do call before though, sometimes they close early bc of weather

There were so many diffrent combinations of flavors for SnoBalls, and the wide variety of popcorn was great. New Orleans SnoBall cafe is the perfect place to relax and ease what you have on your mind while enjoying a delicious SnoBall.

Great selection of flavors for popcorn and snow cones. Perfect place to stop before and after visiting stone mountain, New Orleans themed. The smell of this place lingers to the base of the mountain sugars, caramels and chocolate. Get you some I had the strawberry lemonade snow cone and some beignet popcorn it was awesome.

Best place ever. Hands down. Great atmosphere and service, with the friendliest employees ever. Extremely welcoming and the SnoBalls are delicious; the popcorn is delicious as well. A wide variety of options for the food; its amazingly customizable. Oh yeah, Jared is awesome and the two girls are just as great. Loved it.

Fun place to go for snowcones and popcorn. They have tons of great flavors to choose from. You can also mix the popcorn flavors and the staff is very friendly as well. Would highly recommend that you check this place out if you are in the decatur area.

Great spot in Stone Mountain Village! Emily Jo could not be more friendly and the snow balls are delicious! This is definitely a gem in Stone Mountain.
