Staff has lots of attitude for no reason, the store stays dirty, theyre always out of rice and once I had an issue and the manager didnt even speak directly to me. She instead addressed the cashier and never once spoke directly to me although I spoke directly to her. This is not the level of service and quality Chipotle is known for. Not a good start considering the community waited a long time for them to move into this knew complex. Going to Zoes next time until Taqueria del Sol!

Went there with my wife we were excited because theres finally one really close to us but man were we disappointed. The beans were undercooked which maked them overly firm. And the girl that started our bowls was rude. And only gave half a scoop of rice it didnt even cover the bottom of the bowl. The cashier was awesome and friendly but she was the only nice person. We will not be back to this location, wed rather drive 20 minutes to get better service and food.

Stingy with meat and we order double meat! But my main issue is the staff attitude!! The cashier, it doesnt matter who it is struggles to smile. Well they dont really struggle cuz they dont make an effort! This is so convenient but its so disappointing coming here when youre greeted with a sour face! Watch out, taqueria Del Sol just opened! People may opt to pay more just to get that good service.

SHAWN IS AMAZING !!!! I was served by him, and very unsure of what to get at the establishment and received some of the best customer service in my life, I was blown away !! He gave me samples and explained in detail about the burritos and salads, completely outstanding and on point, GREAT JOB EVERYONE !!!

Its alright. For the same price, you can get more food if you order the bowl over the burrito. Chipotles does not have cheese dip and after coming here a few times Ive decided they cant wrap a burrito. It seems like every time Ive been here the burrito falls apart! The service is pretty fast.

Went in to get a chicken bowl, and after standing in line for a little over 10 minutes, was told they dont have any white rice and would be another 10 minutes before they have some...First Time Ever....Hopefully Things Get Better or Im Just Avoiding This One

When this location first opened I was turned away by very rude customers. I decided to give it a try again and was amazed by Shawn. He provides some of the best services Ive ever had, hes so efficient and friendly. Hes definitely a breath of fresh air.

Ok...Ive deleted my previous one star post regarding the poor service. The service has really turned around. Im very happy with the serving size and the pleasant attitudes of the workers. This location has become one of my favorites.

The service was terrible. I asked if there were any more fajita vegetables, and the girl looked at me like I was crazy. It wasnt even 8:30, and they werent making any more for the night. They dont even smile when they speak to you.
