Taki Japanese serves up some delicious sushi rolls- I highly recommend visiting the restaurant for sushi. My wife and I visited during lunch and were very pleased to discover excellent, fresh sushi rolls at a very good price. At lunch, they offer roll combinations which come with soup and salad, and this includes rolls outside of the plain-Jane rolls that typically come on these combos. We were served at the sushi bar and were engaged in conversation by the sushi chef, who was extremely friendly and helpful. We are looking forward to coming back and trying out some of the rolls on their dinner menu- strongly recommend!

Good food, good sushi options, and we go regularly (about monthly). Lately (spring 2017), service has been slow on the sushi side. My son accidentally spilled a drink recently before our food came out so we slid down to the table next to ours (there was only 1 other family in there at that time), and it was at least 5-7 minutes before we even saw someone come near our area - I apologized for the spill and they left it there, cup, napkins, spilled sweet tea on the table, floor, and seat, until after we left the restaurant at least 30-45 minutes later.

Weve eaten here 3 times in the last 2 months. Weve enjoyed it each time. Its not cheap but the quality is always high and everything is always very clean. They have excellent sushi, good service and huge portions on the "dinner" choices (chicken dinner, salmon dinner). You get a lot of food and we always leave with leftovers for the next days lunch. We arent really into the Hibachi scene, so we havent tried that but people always look like theyre enjoying themselves. Its about the only decent place to eat in the Dacula area. I highly recommend Taki!

We have eaten here a number of times now both at the hibachi side and sushi side. The service is always friendly (especially Harry) and he always remembers what we like to drink and that we like their incredible chili paste. The Manager, Mark, walks around quite a bit making sure everyone is happy with the food and service. The food has been excellent. We have enjoyed the hibachi and especially love the sushi. They have a good selection of rolls. The fish is always fresh and good quality. This is the best restaurant in Dacula.

I am always looking for good food in Dacula/Hamilton Mill. We are pretty limited on choices for a "nice" dinner. I was SO excited to try Taki after I read the reviews on Google. I ordered a bunch of sushi and it EXCEEDED my expectations. The atmosphere in the restaurant is much more upscale than I expected (which was great). I had the Mango Roll, Bubba Gump Roll, and the Lobster King Crab Roll - all we absolutely delicious! 5 stars all the way! This is WAY better and WAY nicer than Ninja in Hamilton Mill.

ordered from here about 10 times so far. Im not of fan of fried rice with Japanese but the flavor that the hibachi grill produces is great. Although today Sat 1/9/2016. I ordered 1 miso soup and 1 spicy tuna roll. Instead of packaging the to-go order in a bag side-by-side, an employee packed the soup on the bottom first, then roll on top. Heat raises guys, I live 3 mins down the road and my roll was very hot. Simple fixes, and I blame myself for not checking. Ill most likely go back

Horrible customer service- really think they would care about The actual customer! But it seems as if they care more about their employees and then getting off work early in case its slow rather than caring about what their customers get! I guess if youre looking for a good job go here but after not too long Im sure that there wont be as many customers because I cant imagine how long you can run a business without salute Lee no customer service.

My first time and not my last! Great food, awesome, friendly personable chef (Nemo)!! Very clean, nice environment. Ive been to many hibachi restaurants and this one supercedes all, definitely my new go to spot. The only reason Im not giving 5 stars is because of the waitress, who appeared less than enthused to be at work, she wasnt rude, but not pleasant and welcoming like all other employees I encountered.

Worst service and food I have I have seen in a long time. Surprised that a cockroach didnt drop by to introduce itself on the table. Customer beware. Only ate salad, soups and appetizer. Salad had wrotten section and appetizer tasted like it had gone bad, had crab in it. Didnt complain, just paid our bill and left. Disgusting.

The food is fairly priced and is delicious. We overheard the staff, in the prep area, talking rudely about guests multiple times during our visit. This was our second visit, and the second time there were discrepancies with our bill. Extremely loud, even far away from the hibachi area where we sat both times.

Worst Service ever. Waitress forgot or purposely did not send in my order. She never apologized and I would never go back. Was a place I enjoyed until this happened. I left no tip because we saw her and the other waiters laughing. What did I expect with a location in a kroger shopping plaza.

Very good hibachi in Dacula. The bacon fried rice is the best around and their filet is awesome too. The wife loves their sushi. The chefs are funny and talented for the most part. Service is good 99% of the time but there has been a time or two when it wasnt so great. Everyone has bad days I guess

Great food!!! Love the sushi chef here!!! He is always creating delicious new rolls so be sure to check the boards to see what is being featured. The servers are hit or miss for me. There always seems to be one who is a little less than pleasant BUT the ones who are, are really delightful!

My family took me for my birthday. Food was excellent. Nino, our chef, was Great! He was very entertaining. He kept our group of 9 laughing & smiling. We were having such a good time it was a shame to see the other tables not. When we return we will definitely ask for Nino.

Mediocre, and very expensive. The yum-yum roll was $15 and I was not impressed. The happy hour salmon rolls were just thoroughly underwhelming. 8 dollars for a bottle of house sake? Id be happy to pay if the food was any good. $35 for one person including the tip. Not happy

Blown away with the service as soon as we walked in. Hostess was very friendly and server was even better. Super professional and courteous. As soon as he came over I said "well, im really gonna have to tip good haha pretty good sushi as well. Moderately priced.

Love this place! The sushi is good quality and its also clean. The energy is nice too ! The only thing I can really complain about is the ginger salad, its alittle too watery. Other than that everything is nice including bathrooms which are modern. (:

Waited 20 minutes for our appetizers and the food was so cold our service was crap We tried to get away paying for our drinks. We ended up paying for our cold food we did not eat. Very rude customer service. Will never go back there again
