This Wasabis has super delicious food! Ive never had a bad meal here. They cook the food right in front of you and put on a show with it. They allow you to share your meat and still each get a full serving of soup, salad, rice, and vegetables for much less than itd cost to get 2 full meals, so my wife and I always do that and its PLENTY of food! I would have given this place 5 stars before my last experience. But last time I went there (for my wifes birthday) it was packed. We were told itd be about 40 minutes, so went ahead and put our name on the list even though our friend who was on their way wasnt there yet. About 10 minutes later our name came up and we went to get seated and they seemed extremely annoyed that our whole group wasnt there yet and said they couldnt seat us until we were all there and quickly dismissed us. After waiting a while, our friend was still 20-30 minutes away so told us to just go ahead and eat without them and theyd meet us somewhere else later. So I went back and theyd simply taken us off the list rather than putting us at the end of the line or anything. So we had to get back on the list and this time it took well over 40 minutes for our name to come up and our friend had to miss out because they wouldnt put us back in line without everyone being there. Sad to say, standing in an over-crowded entry way for well over an hour with our 1 year old wasnt the best birthday present for my very pregnant wife. :-(

My boyfriend and I go to Wasabi almost every date night, and every experience has always been perfect. We went this past week, with our 9 month old daughter in tow. We waited about 5 minutes to be seated, even though it was extremely busy. There were a lot of prom night couples there, but that didnt deter our waiter from staying on the ball and keeping us satisfied. Our host was more than happy to carry a child seat to the table for us, and he placed it in the best place for Aryana: right between my and her fathers seats. Our waiter was also very accommodating. I had to change Aryanas diaper before ordering, and he waited as long as it took to take our orders. The bathrooms were very clean and well stocked. I ordered the Hibachi Ribeye & Chicken entree, and my boyfriend ordered the Samurai Dinner entree, along with a side order of the East Garden Roll. Our chef was very nice and entertaining, and he cooked our food to perfection. I was glad that he didnt toss rice balls to us like most of the other chefs do, because it usually makes a mess, and they always go in my shirts. We ended up spending less than $50 total; we usually spend between $35-45. I love going to Wasabi, and I look forward to it every time our date night rolls around. I will continue going there either until they close down, or I get food poisoning. I am a customer for life!

Diarrhea, rude, long wait, good food, not worth the price tag. 5/15/2015 Reservation 7pm Seated at 7:45pm Dont get me wrong it was busy, my group made reservations 2 weeks in advance, then the night before we called to confirm and lower the number of people by three they claim we made no reservation..?? Then Called thirty mins later to say trey found the reservation..... We wait forty minutes after 7 to be seated, we all had trouble finding parking, one of us made a parking spot another person hopped the curb and made a spot. We got seated, our waitresses were at least five mins out of sync, one girl dropped water all over her self and one of our cooks waa being completely immature, rude, and purposefully trying to get food down my friends blouse. Twice... Then Her boyfriend tried to say enough and he responded with "whatever bro" our chef on our side was great, food and show was amazing. Until I got home today and got the shits.... Yes diarrhea.....I know its the food because its all Ive eaten today and last night, thats how much food they give you.... They need to up the quality lower the quantity and cook the food more throughout... Impressed, not so much, cool theatrics though....

The food is Delicious! The service is Exceptional! About a 45 minute wait for a Habatchi table on a Saturday night at 5:30. I chose to eat at a table in the bar area, where they bring your food already plated. There was no wait for a bar table. Part 2. Back for lunch. The food is delicious. The restaurant is just filthy. First thing in the morning, I thought it would be clean. I was wrong. There is food all over the floor, mostly rice. Doesnt look like they ever vacuum. Nasty. Servers wearing dirty aprons. I am trying not to think what the kitchen looks like.....

If I did not have to put a star I would not.. my husband and I come here a few times a month and we have never had a problem.. we just tell them what we want and we have never ever had a problem.. nope not this time.. I told the waitress what I wanted and I was told we dont do that.. and I get the same thing every time.. then another waiter came over and I told him what I wanted and he said we dont do that.. so this will be our last time here.. I have never been spoken to so rudely in my life.. you do not deserve business if you treat people like that.. we will not come back..

I have been coming to this restaurant for years. We went tonight for a special occasion And to start off my reservation was messed up. It was for 10 and they had down 2. Finally got that straight and then our cook had no petsonality. He didnt talk to us didnt do tricks not even throwing rice. We had several kids and he acted like he hated his job. All other tables around us the cook was laughing talking and being engaged. Ours nothing. The guy who took our orders was great. His name was mickey. For theb$220 i spent i would have liked someone who actually tried to be friendly.

We had issue after issue and the manager seemed to think a crappy explanation was the way to solve out entrees coming out 30 mins apart and the. The second entree brining cold.... Ive been here many times and had a great experience. Maybe management has changed or maybe it needs to. After having been the manager of a Ruths Chris I am pretty sure I know the difference between a company who values their guest and those who dont. This manager didnt value us as guest. Maybe because we were only "bar guest" mind you we always eat at the bar.

Rude waiter and very very long wait. Weve been here several times. Its not great, but OK. The cooks are awesome that cook your food right in front of you. Our last visit was abysmal due to: 1. We couldnt sit at a table where they cook the food. 2. Our waiter took our order and we didnt see him for a long long time. 3. When we finally got our waiters attention, he was very rude. The price of the food is a little high for what it is. Kanpai is much much much better in service and the taste of the food.
