I ordered 4 things and when I got back to work all of them were wrong or messed up in some way, I was irritated but not angry and understood that mistakes happen so i called just to let them know that they did mess it up without asking to fix it or anything and the woman was REALLY rude. Telling me I was wrong, she knew what I said and calling me a liar saying I just wanted free food when I did not even ask for it to be fixed considering I was at work. The food was good, chicken was a little dry but the customer service blew me away is such a horrible way. I asked the woman to speak with a manager or someone who would speak calmly with me and without putting me on hold or mute walked to the manager and ranted for a good few minutes before I was even able to speak with the gentlemen and even when I was on the phone with him I could hear her in the background and found it absolutely rude. HORRIBLE customer service and I will never be eating here again.

I absolutely love this place. The staff are very friendly and the food is good. Im a car salesman and Im always in a hurry! I love how super freaky fast I get my order. They use a 500 Degree grill to cook your food super fast. You place your order and get your hot fresh Japanese food in less than 4.00 minutes brought right to your table. No standing in line and waiting! Im a big guy and I can eat. They give me so much for $9.00 that I can get a to go box and have another meal later. In other words it cost me $4.50 a meal. Thats less than a greasy hamburger and fries. Ditch the greasy tired fast food hamburger one time and go try Fujis super freaky fast hot and fresh Japanese food. Tell them " Greg The Dancing Car Man " Taylor sent you. Im sure you will love this place just as much as me!

Best quick hibachi in town and on par with sit down Japanese places at half the price. Service couldnt be faster so dont hesitate to grab a power lunch here (no WiFi tho...). Dine in, take out or drive thru. Staff is not great at English but they wont let your drink run out and have been very friendly to my kids, whom they know will be raining 30% of their rice on the floor. Def one of our favorite places. Go for it!

Fuji is absolutely delicious. Their options are simple, therefore limited. But it is easy to find a dish you like. Meals are usually a protein with rice and vegetables, plus their sauce. The restaurant tends to be closed for all of the same bank and government holidays. The wait can be intense some nights for the drive thru. Overall, its a quality local place Id highly recommend despite its exterior appearance!

Fujis is awesome! I eat there several times a week for lunch. Nice portions also. Always full when I leave. If u do not wanna drop $100 bucks on Wasabi, go to Fujis, and spend about $8-12 bucks a person for close to the same food. Biggest difference is at Fuji they do not cook in front of you on a flattop. Its regular seating at a table. I always get the Hibachi chicken and steak w/ rice. Excellent!

We have eaten here many times and were recently disappointed. Flavor was great as usual, but there was very little protein in my shrimp and scallops. Major tonnage of ice and veggies, but very small amount of seafood. I hope this was just an off day because it was not worth the money.

Usually I luv going here but unfortunately today was a bad experience. Paid for chicken and shrimp and only got chicken when I opened it back up at work, and the food was cold and just didnt taste fresh. Might be awhile before going back :(

I have been coming here for years, typically once a week. This is my favorite hibachi in town and always a sure win for a fast/healthy/delicious lunch. Same price as fast food but MUCH better. Clean facility, excellent service.

Ordered steak & chicken $8.47. And for that price you get a miniscule portion of steak & chicken.And mine was burned when brought to the table :( But lots of rice! Could be way better!

Every time the wife and I go to Turkey creek we always make it a stop on our return home. Food is always delicious, their tea is best in the world. The staff at Fujis are always "service with a smile.
