This is the best sushi Ive had in the area, everything always tastes very fresh and the rice is always cooked well. I love the variety of choices from sushi to a full Japanese menu and the price point is reasonable for what youre getting. Before the new management service was kind but a bit slow, but Ive been there twice since the switch and its seemed to have improved quite a lot, this is the reason they earned the 5th star. Id been coming here for years (so much so my friends/family and I were recognized) and was worried about the management switch, but not too much has changed. Luckily the food quality has stayed excellent and the menu wasnt completely revamped. I always recommend this place when people are asking about a good sushi place in the area, the others ones around just dont compare or have the quality and consistency that this place does.

We were sitting at our table for 20 minutes and had to get up to get a waiter to greet us and get our drink order. We had a party of six and 2 people got the wrong food so it was an hour and a half before they actually got their right food order and were able to eat. Additionally we ordered 5 sushi rolls for the table but the waitress lost our sushi order slip and never gave it to the sushi chefs. Ridiculous. Horrible service. Not attentive. We were never asked if we wanted a second round of cocktails and I had to get up to ask the waiter if he could refill our empty water glasses. I would not recommend this place. Ive never had worse service.

I could easily give this place 5 stars for food and atmosphere, but the service was crazy slow and inattentive even when the restaraunt was nowhere near full. Presentation of the sushi is excellent, and bellying up to the bar is a sure way to see the chefs carry out their craft. The issue was i waited about 45 mins for my 2 rolls of sushi.. Over half an hour for a bowl of ademame. If youre there for a night out, cool! But for a solo sushi fix, count on staring at the chefs as they catch up on the 10 orders that were put in before you sat down! Ill certainly go again though! Its fresh and delicious

The food is great, but I think the cooks are also the waiters: They disappear for 5 to 10 minutes at once, leaving you with plenty of uninterrupted time to admire the decor and atmosphere (which are also great). It was an hour between when we sat down and when we got food for two. Then we spent another 15 minutes waiting on the check. It wasnt even particularly busy that night, but people still walk in and stand around looking confused for a few minutes because nobody greets you. The wait staff isnt rude, theyre just absent. Stick to carry-out.

Went to have a nice dinner but ended up staying too long for a small meal, when I first arrived I was seated but it took 20 minutes just to order while the tables around me were arriving after and being served. Then I ordered and waited for my food for a good 30 minutes and 15, after I had to ask for the check after some good time and the waiter walked past us countless times to attend to others while our check was sitting right there in plain sight after 40 minutes of waiting in boredom the money was finally taken

Me and my boyfriend always joke about how we regret coming to Yotsuba because it has raised our standards of sushi! It tastes amazing here, literally melts in your mouth! Now if me and my boyfriend crave something local, it doesnt taste good at all because it is not Yotsuba! We find ourselves comparing all the sushi weve had elsewhere to this place. Not to mention, it has a beautiful atmosphere, quiet, nice date setting. Try this place, trust me you will keep coming back!

I believe yotsuba is now "New Yotsuba," there are notices everywhere about new management. This place is great, ESPECIALLY if you can grab one of their deals on Groupon or Local Flavor. The sushi is fresh and delicious, and their other Japanese cuisine options are plentiful and well executed. Im a huge fan of the Katsu (chicken or pork), and my wife loves the rainbow rolls. Wed keep coming here even without the coupon deals, though maybe a little less often.

I go for Friday lunch once every couple of months. Good miso soup and mixed green salad with ginger puree dressing. The sushi is very good and not super pricey, though I wouldnt call it inexpensive either, but youre paying for quality and freshness. Once tried the duck udon, which was quite tasty. Ive never had a problem with the service, but the lunch crowd is pretty small, so I dont know what its like in the evenings.

Ive been eating at Yotsuba for years. Ive never once been disappointed. I recommend the Spicy Tuna Crunch Roll - layers of flavors that hit your tongue as you chew, Gyoza - homemade and always tastes slightly different every time, Seafood Pancake - not on the menu but definitely request it, Chawanmushi - literally a food-gasm. Fabulous food, excellent service, cool atmosphere. Try it and you wont be sorry!

Ate dinner here for the first time tonight for my Nieces 16th Birthday party. Food was awful. The service was slow and the waiters were rude. Now my stomach is so upset that Im worried I might have food poisoning. And it is WAY overpriced! I paid $30+ dollars for a lousy meal. Yuck! Dont waste your time! Horrible. I would of had a better meal at McDonalds for a lot less!

Yotsuba has some of the best Japanese food I have tried. The atmosphere is beautiful and traditional. Ive been there twice - the first time my waiter was wonderful. But the second time the service was terrible, our waitress was rude and did not check on us after serving our meal. The service was slow. It was bad enough that I might not return, despite the excellent food.

The food is good but it took 40 minutes to get our order taken. They sat and servered three table the same size as us. They got there food before we even got to order. We spent 10 minutes eating. Then it took 20 minutes for us to get are bill. The waiter ignored us four times and it took another 40 minutes for us to pay. Great food piss poor service

Ive been to Yotsuba several times, and everything Ive had is absolutely amazing. The sushi and rolls are great, and so are the noodles and entrées. Japanese chefs work at Yotsuba, making authentic Japanese food. The staff and owner are also very nice, and the restaurant is spacious and neat. I would definitely recommend it to people.

Went there for a friends birthday. The food was good, Unfortunately not that many choices in beer but that didnt make the experience bad at all. The waiter was really nice and we even got a treat for the birthday person. Nice sized tables, not crowded , it was a good time.

I went on sunday night for dinner and got seated with family. We waited 20-25 mins after being seated the waiter did not come to our table. Never got water or asked to order. Needless to say we left after waiting 30+ mins. I would give this place zero stars if possible.
