The guy Jackie at the door was awesome. He was friendly and made us feel welcome. The waiter was great as well. My mother sugar was getting low and he rushed to get her something to eat real quick. Now......Lets talk about this rude cook. That shook hands and greeted the people he knew. However, never acknowledged us. Never sit with a group that knows the cook. I went with 2 other people. OK so all the entries come with rice , we have to pay for the rice even if person #1 cant eat it. So when it came time give out rice. Person #2 asked for person #1 rice the cook said no and gave it to his friend wife. He burnt the vegetables. He didnt do any type of show or even hold a conversation with us. He talked to his friend in spanish the whole time. I ordered extra vegetables but he gave my vegetables to his friends wife. I thought we were being treated horribly because we are black. Then I thought it was because I was there with my mothers and they are a lesbian couple. (The guy Jackie was so friendly that I know it couldnt have been those reasons ) Yet, after my mom had a conversation with a manager, we find out that it was because those people we sat with are regulars. So, if you are a regular you get special treatment and thats why we were treated that way. It is our first time here and this cook was the first impression. I love love love hibachi. I go to different ones all the time. And I have never been treated like this, even if it was my first time there. If I ever come back again and I see that guy as my cook I will leave. The worst experience I have ever had.

Where do I start? I would give this place a negative 5 if I could! We visited the restaurant today & ordered their special of chicken teriyaki (x4) for us all. It was fine until the main meal came to us. The rice & chicken were both cold & tasted like they were cooked for lunch & served in dinner. When we asked about it, the rude server said "I can warm it up for you in the microwave." We decided to walk out of this place. We sat in the table area behind bar instead of grill. Unless you are sitting at the grill, stay away from this place because they are most likely serving you leftovers. I am thankful one of us decided to walk away today. We will not be returning!

This was THE worst Japanese Steakhouse. After the chef threw grease on me and my son, were given food that seemed so old that they needed to put tons of salt on it to cover the taste. No one in my family could finish their food. I usually can, but couldnt get half way through. They said they were giving us a discount for burning us, but we still ended up paying $85 and coming home to get something to eat. Too bad we couldnt even do that cause by the time we all got home, we were too sick to eat. STAY AWAY!!!!!

Great food, great staffs, my kids will not stop having dinner here everyday, very affordable, I rent part of this restaurant for my kids birthday every year, over four years now and everyday here is like a new day. Your food is prepared right in front of you, All the fireworks rice and Burning Train Rice, Heart Beat Rice and Broken Heart Rice, Ninja style. The food is GREAT! From the sushi to the grill, everything is amazing and fresh! The customer service is great there too! The manager who says he is the dishwasher named Jacky is very kind and funny! He made the experience much more enjoyable and was just really easy to talk to! The chefs were really funny and had great presentation. The waiters were so kind to me and my family. The food was great! I will always come back!

Good sushi, although the Volcano roll was swimming in mayo. I wont GRT that again, but many other rolls were great and moderately priced. Owner talked white a bit with us and seemed to habe a great relationship with other patrons. Definitely will go again.

We have been coming here for 16 years. Always great. Sushi is some of the very best anywhere. Hibachi is phenomenal. Service is great. Cooks are personable and do a great job. We look forward to another 16 years.

Absolutely awful. No personality from chef or waitress. Literally felt like I sucked a salt stick while eating. Chicken and lobster overcooked. The only thing I enjoyed about this experience was the fried rice.
