In reply to Javar Jackson post. We are sorry to hear that you were not please with our customer service, we at ninja sushi always put our customers first. That is why when it came to my attention that a roll was missing, we put you ahead of every other customer and you received the roll as soon as possible. In fact I gave you a discount on the roll immediately, but you argued that I needed to give you an even bigger discount, which I did as well because I first want the customer to be happy. Anyone who comes to ninja sushi knows how busy it can be on a Tuesday or Saturday when we offer half off sushi. The truth is is that you and your co workers didnt wait to be seated and sat yourselves in a table that was designated for a large group, and still we didnt move you. The large group which was waiting with women and children for your table was very patient and we all were patient as you sat talking after the meal for one hour. And the gentleman waiting standing for his table with a broken leg and with crutches and children running all around him, and even a baby. I very politely ask you if you needed anything else, because The table you were sitting at was actually reserved for the beautiful family that so patiently waiting. Instead of being polite back you started a big argument, and clearly shows little concern for our restaurant or others. Unfortunately we had to ask you to leave. If you treat people with respect than they will treat you with respect as well. At ninja sushi we believe we have wonderful customers who care about others, we like to keep it that way.

I brought co-workers here for the first time to enjoy sushi after a long day. One Of them ordered two roles and only one came out. The waiter mentioned he forgot to put the roll on the order. After 30 minutes, the roll still had not come. We made mention again, and they finally provided the(Philly) roll. I made mention that since the wait was so long, the roll should be free- the waiter said "ok". When we received the bill, it was .80 cents taken off the roll. I complained. He said theres no way Im taking the roll off the bill. We asked for a manager- he then stated he was the manager. We negotiated money off the bill, and sat for a while. The waiter- Eugene became antsy when there was another group to come in. While my co workers and I sat to chat, he came to say, "if you are not ordering anything else I need you to leave so that I can seat the other group". This was highly inappropriate. We said we would leave in a few moments. The waiter then said, "Im going to ask you to leave or I am calling the police". We were very taken a back by this threat. While the food was good, we will no longer frequent this spot due to the poor customer service

While the sushi here is average, the service is undesirable. No real host/hostess, which is fine, but the waiter did not even show us to our table. He just pointed it out across the room. Had he escorted us, Im hoping he would have noticed there was only a single menu on the four-seat table. The additional menu, plus another request took a long time to arrive... We were offered soup and salad, but a few minutes later, our meals came instead. (we never received the soup or salad) For an order of four sets of rolls, we received a mound of wasabi a little smaller than the size of a thimble. I asked for more early on, but that never came. I would honestly say I ask for and expect less than the average person dining out, so when I am disappointed by service, its usually very bad. As another reviewer stated, they treat you like second-class citizens at this place. The one good thing I can say about the service here is that they are not outwardly rude to you. Given the number of sushi places locally, even though this was my first time here, I would not recommend this place nor return.

I went to Mene sushi a long time before ninja sushi opened and when it opened I was so happy I was tired of Mene and thought it was starting to go downhill. You get free soup and salad with your meal which is delicious and they also usually give you cut up fruit at the end which is so nice. There also might be some random appetizer freebie so by the end of the meal Im so stuffed from all the stuff thats included. The sushi is sooo good, its so fresh the rice is light and fluffy and they have some very creative rolls (the crunchy ones are my favorite). The staff is so amazingly nice and they all welcome you into the restaurant and thank you a million times when you leave. They are reasonably priced and never ever have I felt so appreciated to eat at an establishment then here. So much better then mene, its cheaper and you have more included with your rolls.. I highly reccomend!!

So DELICIOUS!!! I am very happy with the food at Ninja Sushi! Everything was FRESH most especially the Sashimi!!! I went here with some of my ladies for Girls Night!!! The only reason why I didnt give them 5 stars is because the wait time was at least 45 min. We were joking around saying if the chef had to go fishing for our Sushi so they can Guarantee Freshness. lOl. Miso Soup and Salad is FREE if you spend over $7.00, which you most likely will if youre there for sushi. I cant remember what we ordered besides the Chef Selected Sashimi that I had, BUT i can tell you that every single piece of sushi was amazingly delicious!!! I will definitely come back and I recommend you all to try it!!! Its affordable too!!! One last thing, I read that they give you fruit for dessert, we didnt get ANY so dont expect it.

This is a small place, not heavy on the décor or ambiance. They do serve alcohol, albeit not a full bar. The prices are very reasonable, and they have a lot of special nights. The missus had the rainbow roll, and I had the chicken katsu. They were both quite good, and the portion sizes were generous for the cost. This is definitely a place we will try again. Our only feedback would be that the atmosphere could definitely be improved with a few small tweaks (fixing upholstery tears, replacing the menus with ones without whiteout, etc.). This place has the potential to be a trendy sushi hot spot, and as far as we can tell theres only atmosphere standing in the way. EDIT: After further thought, Ive upgraded my rating to five stars. Also, Eugene was great to us!

Their service was absolutely awful. I will never come back and am considering standing outside the restaurant with a sign telling people not to come in. The waitress never wrote down our orders or came back to us. I always had to get up and get her. This is how it was for everyone else in the restaurant. Not writing anything down meant she forgot everyones orders. The food took forever to come and I didnt get any drink refills. We had to wait two hours until we even got our food and it was only one persons at the table not all of us. The tables were not clean and the bathroom was filthy. No one seats you when you come in. The food was sub-par, any grocery store carries better sushi.
