I love the food here I do. But heres the experience I just had and I am so mad about. All i wanted was some take out Hibachi but I called 4 times before they took my order. The first time they said there was a bad connection so to call back. The second time I asked if they did hibachi to go the guy said yes and said hang on one second I was then placed on hold but i was so excited because i thought they only did sushi to go. But turns out i was placed on hold for 10 minutes, where I could hear everyone talking because they just set the phone down they dont actually put you on hold so I could hear him helping other people and talking to coworkers, so I hung up i was not happy at this point. The third time I called I said can I get hibachi to go the same guy said yeah hang on one minute. I was then put on hold again this time for 5 minutes and then they hung up on me. Now I was fuming. All I wanted was a delicious dinner I could pick up on my way home from work and enjoy in the comfort of my own home, so I tried one last time before giving up all together. And let me tell you Im not one to talk on the phone or yell at people I dont know. But I decided to be a little sarcastic, maybe witty so the forth time when the same guy answered I said if I order a hibachi dinner to go are you going to put me on hold. He seemed a little taken aback by that, i think he knew it was me again, And he said no and preceded to take my order but he ended up just guessing my order and said you want chicken and fried rice... I said no I want the steak and fried rice (when really i wanted steak and shrimp but i was so fed up at this point) so after an hour of waiting I FINALLY was able to get my order put in but I was ready to give up and get buffalo wild wings. I was not happy. Im still not happy. I dont think I will ever be getting take out from there again. Which means Ill only get their food like once every 3 months. Oh well.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. I have only ordered carry out from this place, and its never a good experience. The first time we ordered from here I was told 45 minutes. I walked in after about 50 minutes to pick my food up, and they were crazy busy. Thats not a problem for me, but after I paid, the hostess didnt say anything about when or if it was ready. (All three of them were very unfriendly) I was watching them frantically try to put orders together on a table and they kept opening carry out boxes, and had probably 20 containers of soup sitting out. After a half hour of waiting one finally called my name and gave me my order, which was 2 hibachi chicken. I get being busy, but you need to let your customers know whats going on. Anyways, we got home and everything was COLD. I tried calling back to talk to a manager and was put on hold by a hostess, but could hear them talking about me on the phone. There was no manager and no one to talk to. We decided to try today to get carry out lunch, I called an HOUR before they closed for lunch, and they turned me down and said they had to many orders and couldnt take anymore. Im sorry, but if you want your customers to return, youll figure it out. Stay open later for lunch if you have to. Its just poorly ran, and the girls up front have zero training, and have no idea how to talk to customers.

Had the worst time tonight as my girlfriend and i walked in we were told 45 min so my girlfriend went up to the bar and ordered a beer and got it great. But as we were still waiting an hour later she said im gonna get one more when she said that i looked over and the table that were waiting for looked ready but she went to the bar anyway. She waited there for 15 min with out any one saying a word to her and our table not being called neither. Once she ordered her beer our table was called without her getting her drink we sat down and waited again for 15 min befor a girl came to take drink orders. By this time i was mad so i went to the boss and asked how long we have to just sit for. At that time he said that there systems were down not an im sorry or nothing. Then i ordered a cherry coke got diet complained got a diet again again no sorrys or nothing. The cook did great once it finely happened. Took us 3 hrs to have dinner and there were no sorrys no nothing. Will not be going back to fenton!

It took them more than 10 minutes to make one sushi roll for an already disgruntled guest when the place was empty. Im never going back! Im not a complainer but my experience was a missed opportunity on Saganos end. Im relatively new to this area and ordering take out for lunch would be my first taste of this establishment. Its unfortunate to discover they got my order (one roll and miso) wrong after getting back to work. I called them to let them know and the hostess said she she would correct the order. She added that it took a few minutes to prepare the roll I wanted so to come right over. I returned and waited 10 or more painful minutes for A sushi roll, as there was no one in the establishment except the three hibachi tables already being served. It took them 10 minutes to make one sushi roll for an already disgruntled guest when the place was empty. Im never going back!

The Saturday night during fentons jingle fest my boyfriend and I decided to go in and grab dinner at the Habachi grill side. We are regular customers who eat there frequently. As our chief was starting up his "act" of throwing his metal spatula, among other utensils, he threw his spatula out of reach and hit me in the face with it cutting open my head and leaving imprints on my face. The restaurant was packed and everyone was staring at me laughing, no one offered help. (including the chef who did this). Not once did I get an apology and I ended up still paying for my $70 meal. The restaurant was "too busy" while I was still there to speak with a manager. I called after I left to speak with the manager, who told me there was no way this could of happened at his store! I shouldnt have to sign a waiver to eat dinner.

We had a wonderful experience here. We took our 3 year old along and the extra effort made to accommodate our kiddo was a refreshing change from other restaurants. They served her soup along with a bowl of ice to cool it down and salad with dressing on the side without us ever asking. The chef also included her in the entertainment and kept the fire to the opposite side of the grill. The thoughtfulness of everyone involved meant a lot to us and made the experience even more enjoyable. Food was also delicious!
