Im a big Chinese food lover. I was skeptical when I decided to go to Panda Express for the first time, expecting mall food court fair. Surprise! If you go during lunch or dinner time, the food will be fresh, as they have enough traffic at this place. Out of all Chinese restaurants in the vicinity, this place has the best food. The fried rice isnt bad, the Orange Chicken is dependably delicious, and they offer some healthier alternatives, like Chicken (not fried) with green beans, and others. If youre thinking this is nasty, fast-food Chinese, check it out, you will probably find it to taste better than other local restaurants, and NO MSG (that Im aware of)!

Customer service is hit and miss here. I eat here often because of the foods but in the last year the customer service has really gone downhill. Getting to the point Im gonna have to do go somewhere else. Hair in food today and they only replaced half the meal! Then had the audacity to say they were giving it to us on the house. They ought to refund me my money and replace it for having a hair in my food. Oh and dont let me forget to mention that when we first ordered they tried to force us to order larger drinks because they didnt order enough lids for the small size.

I went to this Panda Express last week and was horrified!! The container that they were storing the carrots in was out and was being used, and it was filled with black mold!!. I mean, I have had a hair in my food but this was ridiculous. I told the chekcout lady about it and she nonchalantly puts it were I could not see. I asked if the cook would use it and she gave me the buzz off look. Contacted customer care and a nice copy paste email came back. If anyone got sick last week and ate here that is why.

Food is great but when asked for more beef when I ordered beef and broccoli, the 16 year old manager caught an attitude with me and said: "well it is called broccoli and beef". Well sir, if its called broccoli and beef then why did I have JUST broccoli. Other than that, love it. I will be coming back, just not for the broccoli and beef.

Wife and like the food here. However, 9 out of 10 times theyre out of noodles or some other item. It baffles me that the trays are sitting empty until someone asks for it. Im giving this place one more chance and if i have wait 15 minutes for noodles or something else again this place is getting the X from my list.

Not great Chinese food, but it is good. You wont find this selection at another Chinese food place which is why I like it. The food is precooked, so it isnt as hot and fresh as a place that cooks it as you order it. Still, you should try it a couple of times to make up your own mind.

OMG Every few months I give them a chance to see if they have their act together yet and unfortunately they disappoint me every time. The staff is so rude, so unprofessional and I cant believe how terrible they make the customers feel. Awful experience again!!

Waiting for my food for over 15 minutes. Just picked up my mom from the hospital and so tired! Management "sucks"!! Its 8pm only 2 tables, most of the bins are empty. Terrible customer service! They just dont give a damn.

Food is good just like any other panda express. Make sure you ask for teriyaki sauce when ordering their chicken. They always forget about it. Specially if you are in the drive thru window.
