El lugar es pésimo! No existe atención al cliente y que falta de educación.. Regresé una orden por estar salada y la mesera junto con la encargada de cobrar argumentaron ..! No lo recomiendo en lo absoluto y soy Guatemalteco.. Es lamentable toparse con gente del mismo país que ni amabilidad ni educación pueden tener .. The place is lousy! There is no customer service and lack of education .. I returned an order to be salty and the waitress with the charge of collecting argued ..! I do not recommend it at all and I am Guatemalan .. Es ambiente agradable pero cuentan los chismosos del restaurante chapín la eterna primavera que les cayó un día inspección y les cerraron el restaurante por qué les encontrarán cucarachas yo pienso que los usa es el paiz de las cucarachas !!! Quien ba hablar de su rancho auke se este caendo les cuento que aki en todos los restaurantes hay cucas es una plaga que no se puede exterminar

Best authentic Guatemalan food ive had since Xela! Breakfasts are big and yummy-perfectly cooked eggs, perfectly seasoned black beans, fresh cheese, table cream, fried plantains, and handmade tortillas. My husband had the pepillan which was divine! Excelente!
