I visited this location on numerous occasions and always have to pull into the handicap parking to wait on my order every single time...reason I keep going back is because i like the chicken...This particular night in the drive thru.. They had no fries no green beans or the pieces of chicken ior flavor I wanted..they gave me an xtra sweet tea...not acceptable.. I made it home and called the mgr...Kendra....who told me to come back and they would give me a free 3 piece.. It was a week later i went there, asked for kendra, she said "Im she"...i explain who I was, gave her my name that she said she wrote down when i called..she told me i was a lie and she doesnt know anything about what I was saying... I asked her is it another mgr here by that name she said no...The thing that had me baffled was she lied to me in my face without blinking..I still paid for another dinner...This mgr attitude is so stank..I want be back just because of her..Ratchet

On 9/26/15 at 12:35 pm we had a large take out order number 77 at register 2 from cashier Kieon W. We had 5 orders which came to a total of $51.58. The food was cold. The chicken looked more like chicken wings than chicken legs. The 1/4 lb shrimp order was more like a 1/8 lb shrimp order. We called the store 3 times over a period of 5 days and got 2 different wrong corporate numbers. We have attempted to reach corporate to have the situation rectified. The managers Joy (assistant manager) and Myesha (General manager) are at best absentee and nothing can get resolved. An employee had to look at the door to give me the proper corporate number. I highly recommend that you spend the extra gas and go to another Popeyes, if you continue to be a patron of theirs at all. This was complete waist of money and time and i will never eat at this location, and perhaps not even this establishment again! Can I please get a refund anybody?

When I asked if the new "rippin chicken" was spicy the employee replied "I dont know. Ive never tried it." It took 15 mins to get our chicken strips. They were good but it was an unacceptable wait. The biscuits were white and underdone and pulled out of the warmer when we get ordered so of course they were cold when we got our food 15 mins later. They were out of butter for the biscuits too so we just threw them away. One of the trash cans had a hand written sign that said "Use other trash can" on it. The employees apparently didnt want to have to empty both of them. I laughed when I saw the sign on the door that said "Training Restaurant." This must be where fast food employees are trained to provide poor service and bad food. I laughed again when I saw the sign behind the counter that said "Bring the customers back $$$." This one certainly wont be back.

This is the worst Popeyes location Ive ever patronized. I have been in this area for 4 yrs, but always have to go out of my way if I want Popeyes. Every once in a blue moon, Ill give the benefit of the doubt, and try it out, but they NEVER fail to disappoint (meet the expectation). On my most recent visit (11 p.m.), I went thru the drive-thru and was greeted with "We only have fried chicken..." This was tragic foreshadowing.... against my better judgement, I ordered (what they had left to serve). Apparently, even with an hour left to serve, they limit the menu options to whatever is left in the warmer. The chicken was NOT fresh, they gave us regular AND spicy (even though we requested mild), and of course, on top of it all, the cashier had an attitude. Nothing extremely rude, just abrupt and dismissive. My advise...Proceed to the NEXT nearest location!!!!!

I am very disappointed with this location. I made an order for chicken and they said it would be a 20 minute wait. They asked me to park in the first handicapped parking space and they would be right with me. I waited 20 minutes before going in to ask about my order only to find out that they never started on my order. The people inside did not present themselves in a professional manner at all. They joked and argued about not preparing the order before realizing I was standing right there. Very very rude. I will be writing a letter to both the owner and the president of popeyes. This is not a reflection of what great service is.

As Im writing this , Im feeling discomfort in my stomach from the food Id bought from this place and eaten. Im having a little heartburn also. I got a chicken breast and two legs. I ate the breast first by picking on the meat. However, as I was biting into the innermost meat of the legs it smelled a little bad. And the pieces were a little too soaked in oil as well. Maybe I should have gotten the tenders as I usually do but, I advise you to smell your foods first before taking them to your mouths.

This location is always out of food at and after 10 PM and always state that there will be a 15 minute wait time or longer on chicken .General management really need to do something about the staff. They repeatedly are turning away valuable business for the sake of being lazy. Whats the point of advertising that youre open until midnight or later when your staff is closing down the store at 10 PM?

EW. First of all we waited in the drive thru line for at least 45 minutes and then the cashiers were rude. We received the wrong sides and had to go back through the awful line yet again. The shrimp were rubbery and old and the fish was just nasty. This location is dirty and just over all bad. I would never go here again even if I was starving to death. I wish I could give it no stars.

If I could, I would rate Popeyes as 2 1/2 stars. This is your standard Popeyes, so youll know what youll get if you have been to one before. I ended up getting a chicken dinner combo and some fried shrimp, which was decent. The rolls are pretty hard, though. I should have headed further down the street to Heaven Sent (love the rolls there).

I felt proud to be Black when I came into Popeyes on Claremont and Briarcliff! Everyone in there were professional, happy, caring, and real (not ruff around the edges). John the manager was just nice, calm, and polite! The crew seem to follow right along with him. All the Black women were beautiful too! I felt good/happy coming out of there!

The main cashier is caught in the wrong job. She messes up orders all the time, forgets every time to give a straw at the drive thru, and when you ask her for something she forgot, she gives an attitude as if its our fault. Shed be better off at a different job. She seems to get too overwhelmed and she doesnt seem to handle pressure well.

It was cool service chicken was hot and fresh my only complaint would be as soon as the manager turn her back the cashier went and sat down to play on her phone while the other cashier ( who is pregnant) had to work the front and drive through until she said something to the other.
