This is one of the worst Taco Bell locations PERIOD! Im willing to travel the extra 7-10 miles for the next location. My husband and I have gone here both separately and together and theres always an issue. The most consistent issue is the lack of customer service. It seems as if you even coming to this location is a bother to the staff. Ive honestly been told to hold on mid order and not gotten back to for at least 4 minutes with only one car in front of me. I left after that and will never go back. I will continue to drive to the other location and advise others not to waste their time or gas money coming here.

WORST PLACE EVERRRRR!!!! Flies and Roaches everywhere . Ordered an 12pk taco from them and the shells were not crunchy at all I called back up because I didnt receive a receipt from there cashier and I was told nope I cant get my money back nor food made over and the manager was not friendly at all and was told she can not give me there big manager number so Ill have to look it up on the internet, PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE !!

Yo i love the Bell but this location... worst Taco Bell ever The Drive-Thru staff are rude, they dont make eye contact or give you any type of greetings... they dont give you any napkins and they dont ask you if you need any condiments, they just hand you your bag and turn around..plus their food tastes different and I know Taco Bell maybe they shop at the hood Mart for their cheeses or something...

Super pissed...Took a Lyft and paid 50 bucks when I went in I was the only one waited 15 min got no food then a whole lobby of people appeared I got part of my order they forgot the second part...Then I come home my order wrong ,my bowl had hard rice and little ity butt bit of chicken,missing the steak..And most of my food was thrown together...Ill be up there tomorrow...This is Ludacris..

AWFUL, AWFUL. I ORDERED MY FOOD THEN PULLED UP TO THE WINDOW AND PAID. THE LADY TOLD ME TO PULL BACK BEHIND THE RED POLL AND SHE WOULD LET ME KNOW WHEN MY FOOD WAS READY. OF COURSE, I KNEW SOMETHING WAS WRONG. I WATCHED THEM GET MEAT OUT OF THE TRASH AND TRY TO MAKE MY TACOS. HOW ARE THESE PEOPLE STILL IN BUSINESS??????

This place is just trash. Management either dont know who to hire or cant afford it. Both side, KFC and Taco Bell, have the worst employees. I order chicken from there and the chicken was pink. Please close it down or hire new people.
