The place was pretty empty upon pulling into the parking lot. Was seated quickly and thats where it went bad. We waited 10 minutes for a waitress even though the hostess was right next to us and never radio in for us a waitress. Finally the waitress comes apologizing saying she is new and will be back shortly. Seriously i dont care if you are nee or old i want service. Finally she gets our drink and appetizer order. Then she goes right to the table next to us who mind you is a party of 6 takes their order and comes back 10 minutes later but not to serve us! She gives them their drinks first and then comes to us gives us our drinks and return to them! Im sorry we was seated 10 minutes prior to them! Another waitress brings our appetizers. However we need plates our waitress heads to us but stop short to address other table who motioned for her and she leaves to get their napkins! I have to motion to another waitress to ask for plates cause of course it takes our waitress 5 minutes to bring back the napkins. She finally comes to take our order and then goes and get the other table orders. Im sorry did we come together!!! As im writing this cause im so pissed im still waiting for my order. And the waitress just went to the other table while me and my kids sit and wait for a refill!! Like really.... Finally got our food i had brisket tacos they were just ok! My daughter taco salad had like 1 oz of beef! Wont be returning worst service ever and when i asked the waiter about her attending to us last she said she had other tables i said i understood but their should be in priority. She asked did we need anything i said uh refills! I had margarita swirl and she never brought me a glass of water!! And when she brought the refills she slammed them down! And then apologize! First and last time here!

From the moment we walked in the door it was destined to be a bad experience even though we kept hoping it would turn around. The hostess never greeted us, never smiled. She asked abruptly how many and walked away. A few minutes later she came back and said to follow her. As we walked out onto the patio the door almost hit me in the face as she walked through and didnt offer to hold it open until I could reach it. She sat us at a table on the patio and again never acknowledged or said anything and walked away. A few minutes later a lady came to the table with chips and salsa. In hopes to turn the experience around I smiled big and said, "hello, how are you?" Her response, "oh Im not your server." She sat the chips and salsa down and walked away. At this moment we should have left but I thought maybe the server would turn the experience around for us. He came to the table several minutes later and we order water with lemons and the guacamole live. Water took its time and the guacamole took about 20 minutes. Out of all the people we had contact with he was by far the most pleasant. He was still very forgetful and there was no follow up throughout the meal. He only brought what was ordered and even that was at the pace of the restaurant, which was very slow. The food was your typical chain establishment type food. Mediocre at best. It perplexes me on why it took so long for it to get from kitchen to table at such a slow time (3pm). I brought my mom here after my shift from work and felt bad afterwards that I even suggested it. I would never recommend this place to any of my associates, friends or family.

We got to the restaurant it didnt take long to be sat as they were not busy at all...We sat there for 15-20min before someone asked if we had been waited on...he got the host to come get our drink order...she could not serve alcohol and I wanted a margarita and my husband wanted a beer...so we had to wait longer...when our waitress finally came we gave her our drink and food order...please keep in mind this was supposed to be a nice night out for me and my husband while my mom watched our 12 week old son, it was our first time out together since he was born...not the kind of experience we were expecting...and my parents were needing to go out of town this same evening at 8:30...We got to the restaurant at 7:15ish thinking we would have finished at least half our meal before we would have to leave... I was asked if I wanted my shaking margarita on the rocks my husband asked for sour cream and guac on the side and it still came with it on top yet she gave him some on the side as well so we had to send his food back to the kitchen once we had finally gotten it. I do believe this was the first time Ive ever eaten at this restaurant and unfortunately it will most likely be the last.... If youre in the mood to hang out and chat all night with friends this is a great place to be but if youre in a hurry avoid it as much as possible.

Should have no stars... This place is a health risk and I seriously fear for any person eating there.The menus were dirty, not just mine but everyones at the table. The cutlery was caked in old food, even the replacement ones for everyone at the table, was dirty. We could see the kitchen floor from where we were seated and it was filthy and littered with scraps of food. The plates had dried food stuck to them from a previous person’s meal. The food was so nauseating I had to spit it out. This was honestly the worst food I had ever put into my mouth. My guests were disgusted and no one could eat more than a sample bite or two. I am so disgusted that this particular place could serve up food and think that it was okay for human consumption.

This Place Gives Service A Crap Name. I gave it one star because this site doesnt allow less than that. Greasy as hell. The only thing on the menu that was actually Mexican, was the names of the dishes. The chips they put on the table were actually good, except for the fact that they drown them in salt. The service we received was absolutely horrible on top of everything else. Maybe it was because I look Arabic. I dont know, but if after reading this you still want to give this place a chance, make sure you ask to be seated in any section thats not Kevins. My suggestion, however is to drive a little further and go to the brewery directly behind it like I should have.

I was promptly greeted and seated by a friendly hostess upon entering the restaurant. The facility is clean and my table was clean upon seating. Our drinks and chips were brought out quickly. Myself and my colleague ordered the lunch chimichanga which was brought out in under 10 minutes. Our chips and salsa were refilled without having to ask for it. The food appeared to be cooked perfectly and the temperature was just right. The taste was excellent as well. The bathrooms were clean and stocked with supplies. I had a really good lunch experience here. Based on my visit here I would highly recommend, and would possibly come back if Im in the area again.
