I just ate there this evening and was very disappointed and so were the rest of my party. I started going to their old location on Roswell Road many years ago....It was amazing. Over the past 5 years the food is lack luster anymore. It seems inferior to what it once was. Watered down soups and main dishes just do not have that same higher standards. The waitress we had were VERY rude, way too quick to grab our dinner plates when one of our party was still eating. They were all ready to throw out the plastic take home boxes and leave the check when perhaps we may have liked to have dessert. They use paper napkins now and before they used to use linen ones folded in a nice way on the place settings. After many years of visiting them .... my party and I have decided to now search out the place that will cater to our taste buds, have respectful service and NOT rush us out the door. That will be the last time we go there. They also have increased their prices way too much for the inferior food being served. Just being honest here folks..... A big thumbs down!

Terrible customer service!! I placed an order for delivery over the phone but at checkout was concerned because the prices on the online menu were different from what was quoted over the phone. I cancelled the order with the person over the phone. THEN they show up 30 minutes later with the food; i explained to the delivery driver that I cancelled the order over the phone. THEENNN the person who took my order called me back angry like im some kind of villain for not telling them I cancelled the order; the truth is I DID cancel the order but the person on the phone couldnt understand me so they sent the driver out anyway. When I tried to explain this he hung up in my face! I was a pretty regular customer but after this im sticking with China Heaven down the street.

This was my favorite Chinese place years ago, when they were at a very small building at Holcomb bridge. Over the years food quality and amount decreased a lot, i keep giving jt a try once in a while but every time is a disappointment! Last 4 times i ordered I found hair on my food all 4 times (not kidding!) Yes the owner is friendly, he is a wonderful guy and their food does taste good but this used to be a top rated place and now tbh I only eat there once every 8-10 months to see if they have gotten better again! Their food quality and cleanness have dropped dramatically! But prices are still the same....

I usually get take-out from Rasa Sayang. The food is excellent - fresh, steaming hot and very tasty! Going nowadays to a Chinese or similar restaurant, the variety of vegetables you get in your entrees when it states that it comes with veggies, is quite questionable. Rasa Sayang is different and stands out. The vegetables used are fresh and not limited to just green bellpeppers, onions and broccoli. It is definitely a place I recommend and I will go back to when I am in the mood for Chinese, Thai and/or Malaysian cuisines.

First time eating there, unsure after reading the negative reviews, but was craving Mee Goreng. Portions were good, the mee goreng itself was good, although the shrimp was a tad overdone. Nice spices. Soup was generic, as was the egg roll, and the crunchy-noodle-straws they give you for the soup were very stale. The fried rice was not fresh tasting at all, either. Since the mee goreng was good, I would consider going back to try some of the other Malaysian-specific dishes.

I got two things. Crab rangoon, and chicken lo mein. The crab rangoon was pretty pricey for the quality, which I did not like much. Id expect $7.75 rangoon to be really good, but it was just like any other place (where I can get it for much cheaper). However, the chicken lo mein was pretty great. Warm, delicious, filling. That was good. The decorations in this restaurant are pretty and it is clean. I liked it.

I ordered chicken fried rice from here last night. The lady on the phone told me it would be ready in only 10 minutes for a pick up. After I picked up the food and took it home and ate it, within a couple hours I had the worst food poisoning. I am almost positive the chicken had been sitting out all day or was old. I will never eat here or order food from here again!

Disgusting. There was a small yet noticeable bug on my lettuce and I thought okay, its lettuce. Things happen. Next though, there was a roach on the seat parallel from me (Id been sitting with another person in a 2 person booth). That was all it took, but the waitress was nice, she gave us the appetizer for free. Shame, Ive heard good things about this places food.

Walked in to place an order... This time I was charged extra for the same thing I always get.... So I asked why is the price different.....it was completely unbelievable how this lady flipped on me and became very RUDE and NASTY over .50 cents. My order was already $25.....Treat me like that over 50CENTS.....I have to say that hurt my little feelings.......

Fresh veggies and food is what youll find at Rasa Sayang in Roswell. The sizzling rice soup was amazing. It had fresh veggies including broccoli and mushrooms, shrimp and chicken. I went for Thai Chicken Payang (delish!) and my partner had stirred fried rice. The waitress messed up the order on the fried rice, other than that it was great!

Service was terrible and dont order the crispy duck. They basically took a duck carcass and chopped it up into 1 to 2 inch squares, bones included. Then they over fried it and plopped it on a plate. No vegetables...nothing. If the flavor wasnt enough to kill you the tiny slivered bones in every bite will. Horrible!

veryyyy bad experience...staff members were not good..even they told us to sit on chair which was complete tore off..and my kid was drinking juice one of staff member was warning us if juice can spill off..what the hell..if juice can spill my kid cannot drink??????????? will never go to this restaurant...

Hands down, one of the BEST spots in town. Great atmosphere, great staff, FANTASTIC food. Best thing for me is the prices are VERY reasonable! Lunch menu is GREAT! If you are anywhere near Roswell, you have to come! Their delivery is fast and quick! I do that a lot and my food is hot and fresh!

LIGHTNING fast delivery! Wow I actually ignored the door at first thinking Im not expecting anyone and it couldnt be the food because Id juuuust ordered! Hot fresh madman curry, steamed rice, spring rolls, and everything tastes great! Asked the driver what, did you fly here? Lol great stuff.

We decided to try out the Singapore Fried Noodles in Rasa Sayang. It was good but the food was sweet despite asking the waiter for it to be spicy. In addition, the menu did not have a description for the food items so it was hard to decide what to order. The overall food was good.

Outstanding. I arrived right before closing and they politely invited me in. I was the only person in the restaurant. I asked for a suggestion and the recommended the homeade curry. It was a curry stir fry and it was fantastic! This was the highlight of my trip to Atlanta.
