Listen to majority of these reviews!!!!! The wings here are amazing but I have only been here a handful of times and at this point I refuse to go back. Terrible service all the way around. I will give a little detail on my visit just last night. I arrived at roughly 7:00 pm. The parking lot was full but to my surprise not many people in the restaurant. I stood at the front for at least 5-7 minutes before some one noticed me and came to seat me. No apology or smile for my standing there so long waiting for some one to acknowledge me. When I realized she was also going to be my waitress, I thought to myself OK maybe they are short staffed tonight....regardless of whatever their situation is in that particular location - it is truly as if they do not care for customer service at all. I ordered a mixed drink and honestly forgot about it until our waitress came back probably 10-15 minutes later to inform me apparently it was "taken" by somebody else and she would bring another one right out. The drink wasnt even very good. When she took our order it was obvious our food wasnt going to be correct, and sure enough it was not. I won get into detail. It was also not very warm - which leads me to believe my food had been ready, my waitress was just doing whatever. I could go on and on and give more details but Ill keep it minimal and leave it at this: TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. For $50 I could have had a more enjoyable experience at a number of different restaurants. I wont be returning to Buffalo Wild Wings. My mind is made up. No napkins, practically begging for straws for our drinks, slow service from seating to eating and overall poor customer service. I wonder how long this place will be in business with all of the countless competitors out there.

Always empty, even during their happy hour. They never have certain beers in stock, but keep the handles on the taps. Their excuse all employees give is the item isnt available from the distributor. But go to the BWW in Boynton and they have it. Go down the street to Duffys and they have it.. seems like they dont like to stock the best sellers so they can get rid of their old kegs in inventory. Just had boneless wings in 2 different sauces. 1 batch had a horrible, freezer burn after taste to them. I didnt mention it to the staff because, as I told the bartender when I came in- I come to this location and expect to be disappointed. This place is a sad excuse for a sports bar. NOTHING like the lively, clean places they show in their commercials. All I can say is- if you want to be disappointed and drink a beer you didnt really want cause thats all they had, or have a lightly under-measured liquor drink then get down here quick! If you want wings that come out nearly sauce-free, then hurry down here! Unless you go with the hottest sauce, then they give you what resembles a bowl of soup with wings in it..... and if you come here once or twice a month for a few months, youll see a dramatic turnover in servers. So thats probably why, as stated in other reviews, that the servers dont give a s!#t- cause they never last since its so dead in here. You expect better quality and consistency in a chain restaurant. If youre in the area and want good wings, try the Brass Ring down Okeechobee in RPB, or even Duffys- but this place is a huge disappointment.

Worst experience ever. Brought an office team to BWW and it just happened to be half price wings night. Restaurant was half full. After waiting 2 hours for our food, literally all but one of our orders was messed up - and then most came out cold. I wish I was making this up. I talked to the manager to ask for a discount for my team - the waitress was profoundly apologetic but said the manager would only give a 10% discount. I thought since everyones good was cold and came out 2 hours later -30% is appropriate. Keep in mind good took two hours to come out and then came out cold, not all at once as you would serve a normal table but a few at a time - and then cold. When I spoke to the GM, he literally said "this is half price wings night, you want more than a 10 % discount when the wings are already 1/2 price?" Dude. Yes. Worst service ever. Coldest food ever. Longest wait ever. 1/2 price, he was doing us a favor.

Nice atmosphere, great food and very clean! Its a little strange getting into for parking since you have to circle around if using GPS. I would say its a medium size building normally there a bit bigger. They recently reconstituted the blazing hot sauce which is far hotter than the old receipt from 2015. My personal opinion as someone that LOVES hot sauce and foods. The new recipe is far too hot and I feel that it looses a lot of flavor. Basically its just extremely hot that its hard to enjoy (personal opinion and people I know)..What I did to compensate is dial it down to the "hot" flavor sauce that has taste. Its 3 levels down from maximum hotness (Blazing) and you can still eat the food, taste the hot sauce and some flavor but at least its more tolerable than blazing.

Ive been going to the one in Stuart and I have never been disappointed. I happened to be on this side of town and thought Id like some Buffalo wild wings came here when we walked in the game was coming to an end so the rowdy crowd was clearing out from what I could see my table was the only one that was waiting on food everyone else had already eaten and was just talking it took 20 minutes for drinks, another 10 for straws, another 40 for food, another 5 for silverware, and another 10 to get our order right. The food was also terrible the wings didnt have almost any sauce on them and were crunchy. If it had been busy then some of this would be understandable but as it stands I will never be back to this one Ill drive the distance some other one.

this is a two visit review. My first visit was a disaster. in a sense that I was greeted and seated just fine. however i then waited well over 15 minutes before deciding to leave. ONE STAR 2nd visit Finally got to taste food this visit so already plus. Unfortunately my friend food came out wrong but he is a warrior and ate it anyways. Silverware was not provided with meal, and when it came it was just a knife rolled in a napkin...he laughed at that. He then ordered a coke...and was given Pepsi...next time just tell someone you only have Pepsi products. 3 STAR overall I probably wont be back, but Thursdays boneless wings at $0.60each is hard to stay away from when pinching dimes.

If I could rate less than 1 star -- I would. Completely terrible experience at this restaurant. We usually go to the one in Wellington, FL (which is good for the most part). I ended up getting my own drink refills. Food took nearly 3 hours to receive (not to mention, it was mostly wrong and COLD!). Manager was very apologetic and all the server would say is "oh well you cant blame me". Actually, if you see your tables sitting there for HOURS without food you should go check on that. Not to mention, the one responsibility you have other than food is drinks -- which you also failed at. Never going back.
