I have been here several times & usually enjoy my visit for the most part. When it comes to wings, everyone knows where to go. With the numerous flavors, it is hard to resist. The staff is mostly generically friendly, with a few exceptions. But this particular visit, we had an exceptional waitress. She was very sweet and focused tremendously on our comfort. Upon seating, she quickly arrived & asked for our drinks, within 2 minutes she returned with our drinks and asked if there were any appetizers that we would like to order, we then gave her our appetizer orders, she then rushed back to placed the order. A few minutes later she returned to see if we were ready to order. We then gave her our full order & she went to place that immediately. Within a few more minutes she was back with our appetizer and refilling our drinks. In this, I had mentioned that I had a head ache, not knowing that she was listening. Next thing I know she is bringing me some individually wrapped headache medicine, I have never received such an offering before. Our drinks never went empty. Within 15 minutes our food was delivered. The downside to this & why I rated 4 stars was to the fact a hair was found in one of the dishes literally cooked into the food. She then quickly replaced it and removed the charges from our order. She also quickly remove plates and silverware as they were no longer needed. Before departing us each time, she would kindly ask if there was anything else we needed. I do not normally leave ratings, but I definitely wanted to recognize the sweet little girl that was our waitress. She definitely made our visit a lot more comfortable than any other, at any restaurant. My memory is terrible & I wish that I could remember her name, but I will never forget her face.

From the moment you walk in, all you can smell is this mildew like smell radiating from the downstairs bar area. We were told our wait was 30-40 minutes, but we only waited about 20-25. Upon being called for our table, we were told to walk upstairs and the hostess there would seat us. So, as we arrived to the upstairs area, we were greeted by the hostess and her look of confusion. Apparently, a few teenagers sat themselves at our table and she said she could not ask them to move. Hmmmm.... So we waited while another table was cleaned. Luckily for us, we arrived just as a family was leaving. On to the dining experience- we ordered the sweet potato fries as an appetizer. These burnt pieces of whatever you would like to call them, in no way shape or form, remotely resembled the color of a sweet potato. They were almost black, cold, and awful. We sent them back due to their burnt taste, only to be greeted by something very similar. My husband ordered wings, which he seemed to like. I ordered one of their salads, which I could have gone without. Finding the chicken in it was like searching for a needle in a haystack. The ingredients were cheap and thrown in. I guess my son should be glad he fell asleep before his food arrived. I will NEVER go back to eat at this establishment. They have a location in spoiler and it is actually completely opposite from this one. Maybe they know the location will always pull people in, just not me. It has definitely been added to my list of restaurants to never frequent again. Maybe some people have better luck here?

Wow that was an experience! Myself and my fiancée just went to this Establishment to get a bite to eat and a drink before going on a ghost tour. We had a seat and looked at the menu. As they had no beer menu I went to the bar to look at what they had. It was happy hour and they had advertised $4 draft craft beers so I ordered a Sierra Nevada orange pale ale. After getting the beer and going back to the table we decided not to get food there and leave. So I went to the bar to pay for my beer and the lady that served me (not sure on the name but light coloured, short hair with freckles) gave me a rude comment about not asking for my beer in a plastic cup. She then told me that the beer was going to be $6.45. I mentioned that it was happy hour and after being told that that particular beer wasnt included in happy hour I politely said that I wont take the beer thanks anyway as it didnt say anywhere that that particular beer was not included in happy hour. By this stage I had taken a sip of the beer and the lady behind the bar tells me I have to pay for it as I ordered it. I just said no and left the beer there and walked out. We then go to another place down the road and shortly afterwards a gentleman from wild wings cafe comes in and tells us we have to go back and pay for the food and beer we left at the table. We didnt get any food so this must have been a miscommunication. After explaining the story the gentleman apologises and we go our separate ways. Definitely would not recommend and would never go back there.

Normally this place is great in downtown Savannah. However, something seems to be declining in the service, staff and most importantly the BEER. Been here twice this week. The first time, early in the week and not a very busy time. Tried to order beers and every time was told they were out. After the 3rd time I finally had to ask what beers they did have on draft. The waitress came back and told me that of the 12 draft beers, 8-9 of them were out. Ok, whatever. #firstworldproblems. We chalk it up and drink what they have. We come again to watch some fooseball on Sunday. Its raining out and theyre not that busy again. So we try and order draft beers and are told that they are out of CO2 and cant serve ANY draft beer. Seriously? Youre showing the playoff championships, in downtown Savannah, and have no beer? To top it off, we order bottled beer (the humanity!!!!) and the waitress takes over 45 minutes to bring them to us. Thats right I drank zero beers with my 18 hot wings. The waitress seemed indifferent to our order and we had to flag her down multiple times to make orders. Id be more sympathetic, but it was slow tonight and we just wanted another beer to drink with hot wings. This is a chain so I understand at some level they dont have to care how they do with service and theyre going to continue to draw the crowds, simply due to location. But Ive spent enough money and time here to be annoyed at this point. Ill take my money elsewhere. Somewhere they serve draft beer at a wing restaurant...

This establish is horrible when it comes to customer service and its food quality it much better. I went in by myself to get lunch on my break and there were 2 other people waiting as well and we waited for 15 minutes while servers just walked by without even acknowledging us. When one finally did i told her i was by myself and she said there would be 15 minute wait... THE RESTAURANT WAS HALF EMPTY!! i decided ill go to the bar and the couple behind me did the same. At the bar i placed an order and figured it would be out pretty quick because there werent many people there. 20 minutes pass by and still no food. I ask the bartender to check on the order and she said itll be another 10 minutes. At that point i said to cancel the order because i had to get back to work. The other couple also canceled their order and left. The attitude of the servers and bartenders was mediocre at best and their failure to even acknowledge customers is very frustrating. Dont forget this was at 2 PM on a Tuesday so it wasnt very busy at all. This establishment is not on par with Wild Wings standards and i have eaten at Wild Wings restaurants that offer exemplary service so its definitely not a brand issue but rather the individual restaurant. I highly recommend avoiding this establishment when visiting downtown Savannah and choosing one of the many other options available that have better customer service and better tasting food and better quality.
