Stopped in with the family to eat, and to catch a few minutes of the gators, Seminoles Game. We are traveling from Virginia to Florida. Seated after a 3min wait, we can live with that. Ordered angry orchard draft. They are out. Ordered tea , cola, lemonade. Came out promptly, and the waitress kept us full on drinks. In the group we ordered 1 medium boneless honey bbq(decent amount of sauce, but cool) 1 medium boneless buffalo, teriyaki split (hot decent amount of sauce.) 1 large traditional all flat, all super super wet garlic parm sprinkled with dry buffalo(came out cool)/bourbon honey mustard sprinkled with dessert heat. Came out very very dry, we were in a hurry, so I didnt want to wait for them to spin them again. Told the waitress we asked for super wet, she said yes, I ran them through as wet. As a side note, I eat bdubs atleast once a week. Usually when I request super wet, the server rings up wet 3 times on each flavor. So I say well they obviously arent wet, lets have a couple sides of each sauce and one side of each dry rub. She comes back with 4 small side cups. Parm garlic and bourbon honey mustard half full. Dessert heat and buffalo with maybe a quarter teaspoon in the cup. Not enough to cover the bottom of the cup. I have eaten at without a doubt 50 different bdub locations. Probably close to 100. Never came across a sauce Nazi location like this one. I can only assume they were ruining out of sauce? Is this even feasible? Server was decent, but food came out slow, and when there was an issue, you did not feel like it was her problem to solve. That is one of the things I typically like about bdubs. When something happens to be wrong, you get the feeling that fixing it is the most important thing to that person at that moment. Its an awesome feeling that your happiness is that important to them. Long and short: Im faithful to bdubs, experiences like this would have to become the norm for me to stop eating bdubs. However, this location needs a new manager, or better training. Running out of a non seasonal draft is not acceptable. Weather they were out if sauce(also not acceptable) or their kitchen staff just isnt trained on food quality and saucing. Its the managers job to order product and train the employees. Will I eat here again? Probably not. Ill add this to the bdubs no go locations list. It currently only contains Kalamazoo, mi, and pooler Georgia.

We have been coming to this resturant for a while now since theyve opened . My husband and I occasionally dine in. The waiters are attentive and friendly. Yet, this is our first time ordering carry out and it has completely turned my previous thoughts about this resturant around ! I will never come to this Buffalo Wild Wings location ever again ! My husband made an order for carry out and didnt realize that the order was incorrect until he got all the way home. My husband politely called the resturant to speak with the manager and tell her what was wrong with the order and she said the only way to fix it was for him to return the resturant . My husband told her that we reside in Port Wentworth and is there anything that she was willing do or compensate to satisfy a frustrated customer. She was unwilling . I took pictures of the food and our receipt. My husband drove all the way back to the location to have the order made over and he was still unsatisfied with the order. Im unsure if they gave us the same wings because they didnt taste right. I havent even eaten the food. We definitely wasted our money. The Manager did not speak , acknowledge or apologize to my husband for the orders being incorrect. I feel that this overall was horrible customer service! The manger of the business obviously does not care about losing customers because they have no initiative to satisfy them.

Clean restaurant. Waitress, Bree, was awesome. Fried pickles were awesome. Corn nuggets were plain tasting. Boneless wings were HARD. Cake was 1/2 the size of other locations. It would be nice to HEAR the UFC fights on pay per view. (LOW volume - it is background noise) At 10:30pm our cashier informs us her manager requires we either "cash out" & pay for our food or provide a credit card and run a tab. We were forced to order dessert before we wanted it. Melted ice cream, fabulous. Yet other people are allowed to walk in and order. Are they required to pay first? Shittiest way to treat potential return business. No other BWW treats customers this way during a UFC event or any other time. Now we know why there is not a crowd waiting to be seated.

Called in an order 7/30/17 for wing platter to pick up on 7/31/17 for my neices sweet 16, manager even called to confirm my order and pick up time... Well needless to say when it was time to pick up I was told they didnt have an order for me and I must have called somewhere else. Wont ever spend a penny with this company again....... A big two thumbs up to Kayla at Wild Wings, I called and she rushed 120 wings for me. They have since called and offered a food credit for their mistake. Thank you Buffalo wind wings.

It took us over 5 minutes before the server came to greet us. We had to ask for napkins and utensils after we got the appetizer. We didnt get the silverware until they brought out main course, after we had to ask again. I used to love b-dubs, but the service at this location leaves a lot to he desired. The food was good and the beer (that was in stock) was cold. I probably wont go back due to the lack of service, which is disappointing because I like the atmosphere and most of the food.

Over 5 minutes before server greeted us. 2 popular beers I requested were "out". Appetizer was served relatively quickly, but we had to ask for napkins and silverware. Received napkins, but had to again request silverware when entrees arrived 10 minutes later. Food was decent & drinks were cold. Management needs to provide basic server training. It seems as though the standard of service is not set very high for management or servers.

My experience was horrible first I ordered boneless wings the largest order they had, oh to my surprise when I got home my wings werent boneless , they had bones and they were cold let me tell ya I only live about 10 minutes if that from the pooler Buffalo Wild Wings. I would suggest you make your own wings they will be much better! dont waste your money going there

Food was HORRIBLE. I ordered mac and cheese, honey bbq wings and buffalo wings in sauce to takeout. Everything was bland. The wings were very dry, hard, stale and barely had any sauce on them. The mac and cheese had no cheese on it and was very bland. The food sucked, however the staff were very nice. If it wasnt takeout, I would of returned everything.

Order chicken parmesan wings got regular wings check your order before leaving especially if you are on the road traveling it sucks when you get halfway down the road and you dont have what you ordered who likes the backtrack I know I dont so I did not turn around so heres my negative comment f*** you Pooler Georgia Buffalo Wild Wings
