WINGS ARE THE VERY BEST YOU CAN FIND IN THE AREA. With that bieng said, THE SERVICE COULD NOT BE MORE HORRENDOUS, HORRIFIC, ABYSMAL, UNPROFESSIONAL, AND GHETTO. No one there has a freaking clue. I have been eating at Winstop since I first moved to Tallahassee in 2000. I was also able to get Wingstop when I lived in North Carolina. Ive been to the location in Deerfield as well. I have never had such bad service at any Wingstop location other than this one. I love the wings so much that I continued to go dispite the repeatedly bad service and hoped that they would work out the kinks with time. They have been open for close to 2 years now and the service absolutely sucks.

I have visited this place a number of times since opening, but the customer service IS steadily declining from when it originally opened. If it werent for the fact it is right down the street from where I work I would not have gone back after my first HORRIBLE experience. The managment by far is the worst Ive ever seen. Jessica who disguies herself as a manager has no management or customer relations training. People working in customer service should one care about their customers and secondly their job. Its obvious she cares about NONE. On to file a formal complaint with the stores GM but well see how far that goes.

TRied this particular location on 4 different occasions; meaning Ive given them four chances to get there act together as far as service, preparation of food as well as timing; which appears to get worse and worse each time. Its for these reasons why I will choose another location altogether and even possibly another brand altogether to get eats when Im ready because this is coming to be too much of the norm with this trend of doing things with some of the wing stops along side with this one. Done waste your time might as well eat at Buffalo Wild Wings... food prepared and correct almost always plus better service!!!!

This is the worst place ever to get wings from, The wing looked old and dry, like they were cooked before then put back in the oil and the sauce just poured on them, when you spend over $50 to have a nice family meal and you get slop, you may as well stay home and cook. When I requested a refund I was told I had to call my bank, I asked to speak with a manager she was called she didnt help the situation, the employee was very rude as well, I left the food there and called my bank for credit back on my card. I will say this was my first & LAST time here.

Absolutely horrible experience. Music so loud in here I cant hear, think, focus or feel like my business is needed. I cant hear myself think, customers asking them to repeat themselves and they act like this loud club music is okay. Its unprofessional. I asked the cashier if she could put it down since I was on the phone trying to have a lunch break and catch up on missed voicemails. She said they cant put it down or turn it off. No wonder no one sits to dine here or just browse and leave.

Wingstop is a bit overrated and not consistent, plus their wings are dry and the lemon pepper tastes like youre eating butter and oil. Disgusting! I went here twice in two weeks. The first time I didnt get my blue cheese and celery. The second time I didnt either. On top of that, I had to wait 30 minutes when I got there, but I ordered online 20 minutes before. Someone came in to order 20 minutes after me and got their food before me. How is that even possible??? I give up on Wingstop.

My first time at a Wingstop and it was just ok... Placed my order and told it would take 15 minutes, although there was only 1 other person in the restaurant and 3 employees. I ordered the original, which was exactly what youd expect from buffalo wings, and the teriyaki. I DO NOT recommend the teriyaki! It was basically just soy sauce. Very salty and no sweetness like normal teriyaki. The fries were soggy too. 15 minutes for food I didnt even want to eat!

You have to go to the one on Northlake. Okee is ghetto af and gross. Okee wingstop is so ghetto they dont even have napkins. Not just sometimes...at some point, management literally made the decision to put a cheap roll of brown non-perforated paper towels on a steel pipe sticking up from the counter. The soda has black specks floating in it. They dont give refunds, they say "Call your bank." Its basically a trap that sells wings sometimes.

This place does wings right. I ordered 20 wings extra crispy with three different flavors original hot,smoke9,and lemon pepper. They were extra crispy NOT burnt owhich most places mess up. All the flavors were perfect. I called ahead and had to wait maybe five minutes but it looked like they had some walk-in customers, so I understand. Very clean establishment and courteous staff. I will make the drive for this place. Well done.

Horrible service and not The wings they advertise. I Waited 45 minutes for 10 wings. I wanted to try them because of so much air time on television, but I am very dissapointed. Oh and I also want to mention the open bag of cheetos and a cell phone on the table that is suppose to be sanitary for food prep. Dont waste your time here, go to Buffalo Wild Wings instead. If I could give no stars ,I would.

Im not the most complacent person in the world but this place sucks. The staff was extremely rude and ghetto. I waited 30 mins for my wings yet, the customers 15 mins after me got there food quicker. The food didnt live up to its expectations. Publix makes better wings than wingstop. The fries were soggy and the blue cheese looked like towel water. I was very disappointed in my experience

Customer service was horrible and fries were so burnt I asked if they were sweet potato fries she said no I told her she almost fooled me and slid them back to her and asked for some fresh fries that are not burnt. She had an attitude but Im a paying customer so HE** with her attitude. Then got home bit into my chicken and was pissed....TOO MUCH SEASONING. LOL...NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Worst experience ever first they put me on hold for 10 minutes then they hang up on me then when I called back there rude then when I got there they told me they ran out of wings then when I asked for a refund they said theyre unable to process that I have to call my bank how ridiculous. If I could rate of zero I would terrible management terrible staff

I love wingstop..I go on a regular basis to the one in Northlake but due to Xmas shopping I went to this one..never ever again..the fries were undercooked..soggy..some looked like wedges..the coke was watery..omg my 8 piece boneless wings were like 3 McDonalds nuggets all together.. The bone in were burnt.. Smh giving wingstop a bad rep...

I love their lemon pepper wings but the West Palm Beach location is disappointing as hell. On certain days they fry the wings entirely too hard and the flats are embarrassingly small. Also the ranch tasted horrible and had chunks in it. I understand chunks being in blue cheese but ranch???? Disappointing...
