I went the first week they opened in Boynton Beach.. BIG MISTAKE..I should know better when something is brank new.. they messed up the order it took way over an hour to get the meal. the waiter was new and very apologetic.. he gets an A+ the rest was an F. second time was mid May 2015.. I sat at the bar because no one was at the door. I had a nice server and the meal was done and it was OK.. nothing to write home about.. Then there was the visit today... Where to begin.. Well for starters it is Fathers Day and it was NOT busy. I stood at the front door more than 5 miniutes.. no one came.. no one acknowledged me.I used the restroom and when I came out I went to the bar since there was no one at the door... I sat there way more than 5 minutes.the barmaid never looked my way. she was too busy shooting the bull with one of the other female employees(I think , since she went behind the bar..) She looked like she had just crawled out of bed.. eyes not fully open and just looking like it was an inconvenience,. I noticed a young man behind the bar, but he also did not acknowledge anyone even ME.. so i calmly closed the menu, and got up to leave. when i got to the door there was a couple there also waiting. I expressed my displeasure and wished them luck.. I walked out. then thought better of it and decided I wanted to lodge a complaint. as I walked back in the couple was being taken to a table. when the Hostess returned, I asked for a manager... A young man came up and lo and behold it was the same young man that was behind the bar when I was there..Imagine that, he was Management.. I lodged my complaint, and reminded him that HE was also one that did not acknowledge me.. Just told him I would not be back.. It really upset me I just wanted a meal and a beer... I didnt think that was too much to ask for.. that and some polite mannered people... As for the rating, cant really rate what I did not have

INDUSTRIAL DECOR; HOSPITAL LIGHTING. I visited a Buffalo Wild Wings last night for the first time and was immediately struck by the caustically bright lighting of the interior (the Boynton Beach location which may or may not resemble other BWW locations). Coming in from the dark parking lot, the interior stings the eyes with the brightest lighting Ive ever seen outside of a hospital. Theres no sinking into the contemplative corner of a shadowy bar here at Buffalo Wild Wings .No way. Everything is concrete, brick, and glass, driving the music and sounds of conversation off of every wall and surface. The garish yellow and black color scheme on signage, menus and napkins is unsettling. Onto the food. The wings are good. No doubt about it, but they are frighteningly large. From what kind of chicken do these gargantuan wings come? The wings are served in rectangular paper containers emblazoned with BWW logos. If theyre saving money on plates, the savings are not being passed along to the customer in the way of cheap beer. The Miller Lite special last night was $3.25 per glass, which seemed high for a special on a low quality beer. Want something on draft thats not on special? Be prepared to shell out $6 which is what we were charged for a draft cider. Some visitors will appreciate the TVs--of which there are many. From any seat in the restaurant or bar, a high quality TV screen is in view, all tuned to sports, which would certainly appeal to sports fans. The one highlight of the evening was smiling bartender Jenna who ably managed all of the bar patrons and the drinks for the tables--without a bar back! Its because of her that I gave this 3 stars instead of 2. She was so friendly and never minded our requests for extra sauce. Thank you, Jenna.

Most of the time, Buffalo Wild Wings has great food and service. However, the 5% of the time where both the service and food is absolutely terrible, it ruins all of the memories of the good times. I called to order something to pick up and received the same "Thank you for calling Buffalo Wild Wings. This is _____, are you a rewards member", and I respond with a "No", and they treat me with a nice, long hold. So, Im waiting, and a man picks up with the same response. I told him what I wanted: a buffalo mac & cheese, with mild sauce and crispy chicken. He didnt even know it came with chicken. He asked me twice if I wanted the cheese crispy, and twice I had to correct him. He turns to a coworker, asks what Im talking about, she tells him, and he continues. "What kind of sauce do you want?" As previously stated, I wanted mild. "Great, should be 15-20 minutes." Awesome. So, now Ive already wasted 10 minutes on something that could have taken two. Then, when I get there (30 minutes later), my food isnt ready. Im waiting. Five minutes pass, then ten. Finally, the woman comes back with at least 7-10 bags in her hands. So, instead of walking back and forth to make sure that I got my food in a timely manner, she waited for all of the food to be done prior to bringing the food to the front. Ive seen this girl before and shes rude, slow, and lazy. Plus, when I get home, my food is cold (5 minute drive).Moral of the story? Dont go here on a Monday at 7pm unless you plan on receiving bad food and bad service.

Im only giving this location 2 stars because my waitress was really juggling things, but they deserve 1 star! She initially seemed like she didnt want to be work, but she got better. I chose to have the Alaskan cod sandwich but she comes back with "we are out if that". Ok..fine...it 4pm but ok. Then I decide to have the burger. Horrible...it was dry as hell. Then they didnt bring condiments so when I finally got hold of a server, he took a deep breath, you know the kind that means "Im really not in the mood today". He took care of it, but he made me feel like I was interrupting. Then I watched the wait staff. They were fake smiling or no smiles at all. Did not feel the environment was friendly at all and the food was horrible!

Their wings are ok, but what really got me was I came to eat lunch at 2:02 PM and I could not get the lunch menu specials. I asked why and the waiter tells me the lunch specials are over at 2:00 PM. I couldnt believe when he said that the lunch menu specials are over at 2:00 PM. The standard in every restaurant I went to is 3:00 PM. When I said this was absurd, he called his manager. When the manager came, he was all nice and friendly, who simply confirmed that this is their policies. Now I know. Not sure if I am going there again, but if I do, it will not be after 2:00 PM. I left and they lost my business for stupidity, because they were going to charge me double.

Ive eaten at DOZENS of BWWs across the country and this location is BY FAR the worst. WHERE ARE THE HOSTS?! Do you people even want customers??? Then after a 15 minute wait of no one seating us, we finally were seated. And I mean, if you dont mind waiting 30 minutes for a drink and an hour for your food(or someone elses.) This is when theres no one else even in the restaurant. Then checking your bill and finding the girl who gave terrible service gave herself a $60 tip to a $50 meal. (She gave herself an extra zero.) Un. Be. Livable. You can complain to the manager all you want but he said himself he wont fire his horrible staff.
