Used to love BWW in Wellington. Went there every Saturday with friends since it opened. This past Saturday (Super Bowl weekend) we went and were thoroughly disappointed. 1st... Ordered our usual beer (very well known popular brand). Server says "were out". Really?? Superbowl weekend and you ran out? OK...No problem... We moved on & ordered wings. 2nd...They were "re-heats"! Tasted like Walmart frozen wings that had been cooked a month ago & then microwaved. Left most of em on the table! 3rd...The French fries were cold. Last time at BWW for our group. Its kinda been going down the tubes for awhile now... Suspected poor management. Im certain we can do better. Dont usually do reviews, so sorry if I rambled. JUST DISAPPOINTED. Edit... Went back today 7/3/17. Thought wed give em another shot. Its the day before Independence Day! They let us down again. It was a ghost town. Nobody in the place! Poor service. Under cooked wings. Wouldnt go back here if our lives depended on it. No wonder its empty.

Had a problem with the wings the previous two visits and this time decided to complain because how else are you ever supposed to improve without feedback. I complained that there was CLEARLY a sauce that i didnt order on the bottom of the wrapper under my wings..a sauce i have tried and DONT like. The manager (forgot his name, come to mention he never introduced himself) just flat out disagreed with me, and even went as far as to bring out the bucket that they toss the wings in to try proving his point. I never said there was anything wrong with the sauces only that theres a sauce under my wings that I dont like and didnt order! Jeez it was like matter and dark matter trying to talk to each other! SPICY GARLIC SAUCE ISNT SUPPOSED TO BE WHITE! I ordered Spicy Garlic not Parmesan, I dont like the Parmesan and how did it get here. Your kitchen staff is flunking I will not be coming back. Ill go to Trees Wings instead $17 all you can eat.

This place is aweful!!! The take out people are the damn most miserable assholes Ive ever come across! They are so rude, when I go to ask for my order, on multiple occasions they role their eyes and pick through the bags that are hanging! Or have to answer a message on their cell phone before doing anything for me "their customer" ! Oh Im sorry.... did I bother you while youre at work? Where youre supposed to be doing your job??? I tried going again to sit down with my friend since she wanted to try the place out. We sat down and ordered drinks when it was absolutely not busy, maybe 5 other people in total were there and it took the server 20 minutes to bring a simple beer! I could go on about this horrific management of an establishment but that would take hours... I truly feel bad for the people that try at this job because they need it and have horrible coworkers/management

Buffalo Wild Wings in Wellington is a fun spot. Great food and always a great time! We get an order of french fries with salt and vinegar seasoning as an appetizer as it always comes out fresh and fast! We have tried many different types of food--from flatbreads to wings to burgers--and none have been a disappointment. I love traditional style wings so the medium hot sauce is my favorite flavor. If youre uncertain about the flavors, ask for several samples and they will be happy to let you try with a few french fries so you can make sure youre getting something you like. Weve also gotten beer samples, too. All of the team members are very nice and helpful. We always look forward to going back! (We have yet to make it to their happy hour but hear they have lower priced drafts and appetizers during that time.)

My fiance and I have been there twice and Im not sure we want to go back. Both times our server barely came to the table. The second time was yesterday and our waitress took so long to come to the table, when she finally did she took our drink and food order together, kept repeating it back to us wrong and then NEVER came back to us. After we sat for a long time a different server came over. Both times the restaurant barely had any tables and all of the servers were just standing together and talking. Maybe if we go back, we might try sitting at the bar...someones got to be there right? lol I dont normally like complaining because I am in the food industry but it is sad to see a brand new place run so horribly. It could be a really cool place to go in West Palm..maybe next time though.

From server to chef to manager; they are all responsible for what is delivered to a customer. When the food arrived I asked for a plate to serve myself because I was sharing a dish with a friend. The manager said we use the "boats", which is a paper basket to put your bones in; then she walked away without a care. Then when I take a closer look at the quesadilla its dry and not presentable. The image attached was the second quesadilla served. Im disgusted by the food and service of this place. I will never come here again. My advice is go to Taco Bell for better service and food. I hope this helps.

Poorly run. Gummy wings. Appetizer took longer than the food! Not at all living up to the hype. I tried to explain to our waitress that our wings were undercooked, she wasnt hearing any of it, then disappeared until it was time for the check. Disappointed greatly that such a large chain could be run so poorly. The atmosphere was okay, though and the draft beer was cold enough.

Our go-to place on Mondays as kids eat free (just found out they ended this at this location so disregard and lost a star). Good wings and good drink specials. Good service. Just dont order a burger unless you like frozen burgers with no flavor (it is a wing place anyway!) Plus they have free tablets for the kids to play on so the adults can have an actual adult conversation......

Used to have quick business lunches here for years,right after they opened this location. Service and food quality got worse over the years, then a few choices disappeared from the menu and stopped coming here altogether. Came in today for a quick bite,place was near empty,took over 20 minutes to get my food and it was kinda cold once Ive got it. Wont be coming back here

We have visited this location at least 5 or 6 times. We normally go around lunch time and surprisingly they are not very busy. For some reason they can never get the order correct. The only reason we returned to this location is because it is close to the job and a couple of times the server indicated they were new. Needles to say I would not recommend this location.

Drove one hour to eat some wings with the family , got seated , got our drinks ,and it took them at least one hour for the food to be out, the food was cold and the wings were nasty and really dry, not even rate it as dog food, never coming to this location again . Words from a Chef. What a horrible service , I shouldnt even had paid the tap! The service was 5/10
