Really bad... Walked up to the bar, flagged down a bartender, put in an order. He goes off to get a drink, but its for someone else and he never came back to me. Stood for five minutes before a different bartender came over to take my order. Then we sat down for some food. I order a Cuban sandwich but am given a club sandwich. I send it back and am finally given a Cuban sandwich without pickle (which isnt a Cuban). They go to fix it and learn that theyre out of pickles so I cant get what I wanted. But they still charged me for it and wouldnt discount. The waitress was helpful so I tipped her properly, but everything else about this place is awful.

Folks, If you want a great steak, go to Charley’s next door. If you want a dive bar, go to The Hub. If you want a quiet place to spend a few hours and have some decent bar food, stop by Players. It’s a hotel sports bar. So far I have not been disappointed in the food and the staff is attentive and helpful. They may have gotten new management since I have not seen the issues people have reported. Give it a try. I have and I enjoyed it

Slow service. Really slow service. Waiter disappeared for about 20 mins in between checking on us. One of my friends food was cold when it arrived. We had to wait 15 min after we got our checks for him to come take out money which added insult to injury. All the staff would disappear at the same time, so there was no one to flag down to get service.

The nachos are disgusting. We were served a pile of tortilla chips buried by a glob of cheese whiz that was likely from a Sams Club or Costco. The fish tacos were salted beyond taste. Maybe thats why everyone loves the beer. The prices are ridiculous for such lousy fare: $12 nachos (add $6 for chicken) and $16 fish tacos.

The Players Sports Pub is located inside the Doubletree Hotel. We had two free appetizer coupons and two free drink coupons from our stay. Staff was friendly, the loaded nachos were huge, and the mini crab cakes were pretty good. Service was quick. We would go back again.

This is the worst I have ever been violated in my life. Worst service and food I have ever experienced. Prices are outragous. It took one hour and 15min to be served horrible food. I only wish they would let me rate them a zero.

Asian server did not wash her hands after using the restroom. When asked about washing her hands. She replied " I will wash them in the kitchen. (Yeah Right)
