Im really disappointed to have to write this review, and would gladly remove it if the manager or owner would like to contact me. My girlfriend and I visited with a Groupon we had bought. Keep in mind, a Groupon is intended to bring business in and keep it, by having a great experience. Its not just for customers to get great deals. At first we were both really excited, they had pool tables which were in good condition (I love playing) and it had a great atmosphere. However, the service we got was beyond terrible. When we first arrived, the bartender (cute blonde girl) seemed very upbeat and pleasant. After we ordered our food and got our beers, she did not once check on us for a good 15-20 minutes (I watched the clock after the first 10). Instead she spoke only to her two friends at the bar (they were clearly friends reminiscing about other people), brought them jager shots (which the bartender did not add in the computer) and ate at the bar without looking at us. 4 times i said loudly "excuse me" and got no response at all. Another girl eventually showed up (another friend), got extremely loud and at one point stood on a barstool and waved her butt (in our direction, but not AT us) in the air. Mind, we were the only other people in the bar at 8pm on a Sunday. Once she finally brought us our food we did not see her again until we were completely done with our food and my beer had been empty for well over ten minutes. I honestly thought this was going to be a regular place for us, because is the proximity to home and the prices. Unfortunately I dont think we will be going back until something changes.

Ive dealt with some rude bartenders before, but never on this level. For whatever reason, the female bartender took forever to serve some drinks that my friends had ordered. They mentioned something to her about it & I guess she didnt like it because the rest of the night, she was a complete sarcastic douche, completely ignoring me as I stood by the bar for about 20 min or so. When she finally got to me, "oh were not serving alcohol anymore", in the most sarcastic manner. When I had mentioned to her that I had been standing there for almost half an hour for her, she just laughed in my face. When I mentioned saying something to her staff about her attitude, her response: "Ive been working here for 7 years, good luck." Clearly this girl doesnt give two damns about her job nor does she have the skills to deal with ppl. I know this review probably wont make the slightest difference, but if youre looking for good friendly customer service, this is NOT the place. The owners should evaluate who they have working that bar because Ill never return to the place ever again, nor will my friends.

Last Saturday night, my group had to deal with the rudest bartender. This place should pay attention to who they have working that bar. This girl must have been having a bad night, because she treated us as if we were second class citizens or something. When confronted about it, she laughed with the snarkiest attitude Ive ever seen with a person working customer service. Not to mention the drunken mess & chaos that was happening in the outside section. I will never bring my business to this place EVER again & if i can help it, nor will anyone associated with me. Just my 2cents.

The bar has as good a potential as any to be great and Im a 40 year long, die hard Browns fan, so very cool that its a Browns Backer Bar...However, quite sad that its the only one in the area because the SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE!!! Waited FOR EVER to get refill on beers. I had questions about the beer selection and the bartender was clueless, un-knowledgeable and worst of all totally and completely APATHETIC! She couldve cared less!!!.As I said huge Browns fan for ever and would love to have a second home to attend the games but I doubt Ill ever be back! Either way Go Browns!!!

Day time hours, not so bad. Its when the sun comes down that this place turns into a drunken hell hole. Mix that with an unpleasant blonde bartender who hates her job, and you got yourself one frustrating night. Enjoy trashy environments where drunken people make fools of themselves at night? Perfect place for you. Enjoy dealing with rude bartenders who hate their job? This is the perfect place for you. Dont like either of these things? Dont bother.

Ok so bar fight w drunk way to drunk falling over the place drunk fighting guys almost coming into our meal oh the best part after that was the drunk on the back back patio smoking area saying " this is better to his friend" NOW no one will get RAPED. I bought this deal on groupon for new place to check out the food was great the buffalo chicken was well flavored too bad the place turned ghetto food to go next time

There is a new crew at the Parrott now and the food is GREAT!! Best Cuban sandwiches, hamburgers, wings, salads….all really good and fresh. I see some negative reviews but apparently these customers havent been in lately. I suggest you try it for yourself & experience the changes. No, I dont own the place or work there…just a happy customer!

Place is a great set-up but service is among the worse Ive ever had. Only go because our football club meets there. Otherwise would never go. Beer is cheap and food is OK. Its bar food so you cant really screw up too bad, well that is when you get it. Ordered nachos and it took over an hour to receive!!!!

The food here was great I had a beer and burger Groupon for this place and was very happy with the burger I received Wichita was HUGE and delicious, but the service was a bit lack luster. We had to get up walk over and ask for more drinks each time we wanted another round.
