Employees werent very attentive or welcoming. Our server didnt write our order down, and came back 10 minutes later to retake it. This is the second time Ive had their food and its just really poor quality for the price they charge. A $14 plate of nachos looked and tasted like it could have been from Taco Bell. I understand this is a beer bar, but I ordered a cocktail and it tasted like straight up Hawaiian Fruit Punch, and had no detectable alcohol. The entire experience was pretty disappointing given the price point. Positive note is they did have a decent beer selection of course, so if thats all youre looking for then you should be alright.

Living in the apartment complex located above, The Brass Tap is a place I continue to rely on for good food and drinks in Tallahassee at an economical cost. There are a vast array of craft beers that are served by professional bartenders, and food made from the most organic elements. You gotta eat here.

This place is Discriminatory. If you are not a US citizen they dont let you in. I was rejected along with my friends because we didnt have US ids. FSU has students from all over the world yet this place is like this. If you are an international student I strongly suggestions you go somewhere else.

I walked in to Brass Tap and immediately was served and treated perfectly. They have fine selections of beers and to top it of the food was excellent. The bartenders were fast respondent and made sure you got everything you needed.
