Let me start off by saying what the new owners have done to the place is amazing! It is beautiful inside and out! We stopped in about 6 months ago and the food, service and atmosphere was amazing!! I held a spaghetti dinner benefit on June 27th 2017 for a friend who passed away. The manager was a friend and helped me set it all up! The spaghetti was beyond amazing! It was homemade and the best spaghetti I have ever eaten. The drinks were good as well. I have a HUGE issue with the service! I sat at the table for almost 2 hours waiting for my waitress to come check and me see if I needed a refill a water anything and she never once did. I finally went up to the manager my "friend" and ordered it through her, a drink and some more food. Drink was not that good but food was amazing. Another friend of mine had to order her food with the chef herself, get and refill her coffee all night because the waitress never came over to us not even once! Someone else who came for the benefit had a family of 3 but wanted to buy 4 plates for the extra donation the waitress tried to convince them to buy just 1 plate to share instead of 4 then got attitude with them and asked them what they were going to do with the 4th plate. Fast forward a couple hours kitchen was closed and the waitress had left. The manager was sitting at the bar having a drink after her shift. I went up to the bar to pay my tab and get 2 more drinks. I stood there for 10-15 minutes while the bar tender was chit chatting with some people at a table literally 5ft away from me. I turned around and said something to the manager and her response was "No offense but you arent the only person in the bar." No I was not the only one in the bar there was about 7 or 8 other people in the entire place besides me! From what I am told the waitress is new and I hope she does not last much longer! She now claims she had an attitude because she did not get a single tip from anyone at the benefit which I know for a fact is false. Now... my friend who also got absolutely NO service has become a waitress there so that in itself is a huge improvement! She is a much better waitress and will bring great service back to the place! I would really like to get ahold of the owners to see how they will handle the situation but I know they are not there all the time and i have no idea how to get ahold of them without having to deal with management because I will not speak with her again! We will not be returning anytime in the near future unfortunately.

The interior has definitely improved since my last visit 5 years ago. Menu is limited and food is pre-fab. The burger was good, the fries were way over cooked so I requested they be replaced. When the bill arrived I was charged for a side of fries and the up charge for getting fries over chips. The manager was only willing to take off the $1 up charge and even that was an inconvenience for her. I told the waitress I would like both charges removed from the bill but she just nodded. Wasnt worth the battle so I paid the bill and left. The waitress was more interested in sitting at another table and chatting with other customers/friends than providing good service. Its unlikely I will be back.

These folks have recently started to smoke their own fish and meats on site! I was blown away by their smoked, pulled pork sandwich! It was one of, if not the best I have ever had. The meat was smoked to perfection and VERY tasty. The coleslaw was awesome. The fries were very good. There have been some recent updates to the menu, the venue, and the staff at "The Dammy". They feature live music several nights a week. The burgers here are very good as well, and they have added a few new upscale draft beers to their selection. They also have chilled glasses available as well. I see great things in their future.

A number of friends and I have spent a lot of time and cash over the years at our bi annual trek to Hell. This spring 2010, when we went to register for Hells annual Dances with Dirt run, one of our crew accidentally overheard a surly employee (Hopefully not owner) offer to "flatten our tires" if we thought we were going to leave our car there while we went to register. this was completely unwarranted, not another person was there, we were the ONLY customers and a surly employee wants to flatten our tires!!! From now on we will take our business to Zukey Lake Inn, its 15 mintes away and the food is better.

Its a decent hick bar. The music is pretty good and theres usually some ladies there dancing. Of course I did talk to one "lady" at the bar who was obviously a regular and who sounded like she was pledging for the KKK when she was bitching about the Black guy in the band. Lots of bikers there during the day. Its funny to see some of the leather coats without wrinkles that look like they come out of the closet 2 or 3 times per year. Food and service need help, but the beer is cold and the waitresses usually "pretty up" a rather grubby little dive.

3* because the only thing I liked about this bar was how strong my tiny lil drink was. The swarm of bikers sitting outside made me a little put off, and when we entered we were not greeted by anyone, seat ourselves and we had to go up to the bar to order. It was very dark, small and unfriendly in my opinion. My parents wanted to stop in after they got married to have a drink and all we wanted to stay for was one drink. Not a very friendly out of town atmosphere. check out my page for more of my trip to Hell.

I have been all over this country from Pennsylvania to California, Florida to Washington state, and the best Reuben sandwich I had anywhere, bar none, was in Hell. Most Reubens use thin-sliced corned beef to minimize gristle, but this was made with thick, premium slabs and was grilled to perfection. This was years ago, so things may have changed since then (as the other reviews here suggest), but Im certainly willing to give their Reuben another try.

They just do not get it. Bikers stop by for a beer only as an excuse to take a ride. We finally quit going there. Booths too small to sit in, beer is not served in a cold-iced glass and dont even ask me about the food in there. They dont turn it over often enough and folks get sick I did, my sister, my brother. All on different nights so we just quit going. Too bad. Great potential

Great food, great place, great people. Excellent place to stop and enjoy some food and a cold Bud light while you are out on the bikes or looking for a place to stop in with the Family. Check out the live music on Thurs, Fri, and Sat nights.. While your there say hello to Chris and the Family. Theyre the best. Great job on transforming this place! Well see you guys again real soon!!
