Ok so I try not to leave reviews unless theyre exceptionally amazing or horribly WRONG. This is probably my 30th time at this location in the past 2 months ALONE (I know I need to COOK) but Hubs and I frequent here for lunch dates while the kids are at school. Weve never run into a problem...always lucked up with great servers & food on point. Well NOT TONIGHT!!! Im not giving them a bad review over 1 bad meal...its actually because MANAGEMENT IS A JOKE!!! So when I brought the food error to the "managers" attention, she had the audacity to tell me thats how its SUPPOSED to be because its potatoes (it was soaked in grease and had a bad strong flavor like old grease). Ok so I wasnt going to argue in front of my children so I said thank you & smiled. My burger arrived...it was SALTY; VERY. I alerted my server (Wanisha) who LAUGHED in my face asking "okkk...what you want me to do". NOTHING....absolutely NOTHING! The CLOWN (its family night) MADE her take the burger & told her to take it off the check. I feel like they tried to bully me into paying for food that was below mediocre. NEVER AGAIN. I really HOPE the management at this location reads this...NOT to respond or to give me anything but to know that the way I was handled when I frequent this place & order these same items 2-4xs a week is HORRIBLE. No offer to even TRY to make it right. Disaster averted for the next time... NO MORE TGIFridays for us. Cheddars is LESS EXPENSIVE, FRIENDLY, PROFESSIONAL, EAGER TO PLEASE AND the food is AMAZING. Save yourself the time & go to Cheddars instead for a great time & romantic atmosphere. Its in McDonough.......youll thank me later :)

Horrible experience. Was seated at our table for 35 minute before I found a manger (Renaldo) and informed us we didnt have a server. He said "ok, Ill be right there". Another server, not a manger, informed us that the seating arrangements had been changed and our server wasnt informed. After that, we still had no server so Adriel Thomas (who was hosting) took our drink order. She then told us the assigned server was busy so she would just take our order. This was an hour after first arriving. Again, I tried to get Renaldo and inform and he ignored me. Finally, I gave him my receipt with a note of how horrible the service was but he read it, shook his head, and then put my receipt in his pocket. He didnt care to speak to about the service, or lack off. Hes not in any position to be a manager. Only giving this one star because I cannot give negative five. We also paid full price for our meal... **Update** tried to call and speak with the General Manager but was told he was on leave so I spoke with manager Lanel (short light skin black lady) and tried to tell her about my experience. After I spoke to her about what happened she said "Ok?". I eventually hung up because she did not care. Waymon (General Manager), Im not sure about how you manage a restaurant or the hiring practices, but you really need to give you managers some training. Theyre HORRIBLE. Cant post unless you give it a star. WORST LOCATION possible. Slow service even if youre the only person there. Surprised any are open as the corporate number is disconnected. No reason to complain as this location doesnt care and IT SHOWS. No reason to call customer service as they only have the store call you and "cant " give refunds (they dont call been waiting over a week.) Food is gross, think my cheese was bad. Salad took forever just to be a bowl full of dressing, french onion soup LITERALLY had no onions just broth and bad cheese.I only go for the JD sauce and wont ever return again as Ive found the recipe online. Dont eat here. Just DONT. Ive gone different times of the day on different days thinking itd get better but ITS ALWAYS A DISAPPOINTMENT. STAFF is sorry as hell. Just get a different job if you dont want to be there. If you like hot trash to eat served by rude witches and you have hrs to waste on a meal this is for you, for everyone else stay home or go to the MANY other options available in the area.

My family and I have been eating at this particular location for over 10 years but they just lost one customer after this experience. We were here to celebrate a friends birthday and everything was fine until I the server lost my debit card. She continued to attend to other tables while she looked for my card when she had a moment. After 15 minutes, I go speak to management and he starts searching for the card also. Thirty minutes go by and Im ready to cancel my card at this point. 45 minutes later another member of management walks up and says she found my card on the kitchen floor where our server apparently dropped it. Ok, honest mistake.... but now I want to know what Fridays is going to do for my 45 minute inconvenience. The answer was ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! No discounted meal, no free appetizer on the next visit, not even an apology from management. Although the server was very apologetic, I wont be coming back.

brought my husbands cousin here to the bar for a quick drink and snack before the movie. we sat to the bar and the bar tender immediately fave us menus (brownie points). she wasnt the friendliest though. she seemed super annoyed when i inquired about whether they still had endless apps or if she recommended any drinks or tge promotional drink prices..or any questions for that matter lol. i just ignored it. Food was really good, tenders crisp, pretzel bread soft not over cooked, potatoe skins generously topped, clean cutlery and plates. bar area was clean, took about 45 mins to get our shared appetizer after ordering, and for whatever reason our bartender perked up as we were leaving (maybe she was happy we were gone ha). overall it was an ok experience. nothing great but nothing horrible.

THIS PLACE WAS JUST HORRIBLE!! WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD COMING HERE, THE WAITRESS WAS FINE BUT SEEMED OVERWHELMED. WE HAD A PROBLEM WITH OUR FOOD, WE ORDERED THE JD BURGER AND IT CAME TO THE TABLE LOOKING COMPLETELY UNAPPETIZING AND WAS NOT COOKED HOW WE ASKED. WE ASKED FOR THE MANAGER AND EXPLAINED TO HIM THE PROBLEM AND STATED IT LOOKED NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURE, AND HE PROCEEDS TO TELL ME WE WILL TAKE FAULT FOR NOT COOKING IT MEDIUM HOW YOU ASKED BUT FOR FUTURE REFERENCE YOU SHOULD NEVER GO BASED OFF WHAT THE PICTURE LOOKS LIKE!!!!! SO MY QUESTION WHAT IS ADVERTISMENT FOR????? AND THEN HE SHOWED NO CONCERN WAS NOT APOLOGETIC AT ALL AND SIMPLY ASKED DO YOU WANT ANOTHER BURGER OR NOT.....I WILL NOT BE BACK SINCE APPARENTLY THE PICTURES ARE JUST FALSE ADVERTISMENT.

My husband and I were looking forward to our first meal in a while after a long day of traveling. We walked in and the hostess immediately started complaining about her job and how she couldnt wait to get off work. We waited patiently for 10 minutes before any waiter ackowledged us and I politely asked for something to drink. The hostess went back to the waitress and immediately started mocking us and making fun of us for being impatient(they were right behind us). We got up and left and she screamed down the terminal wondering why we are leaving. It was humiliating being treated this way when we had done nothing wrong. Where is management here?
