Simply adorable. Very European, typical French bistro. Plainly decorated but very clean and cozy. Ideal for breakfast or late breakfast /early lunch. Or simply to have a cup of coffee with a nice European pastry. We had smoked salmon sandwich and a ham and prosciutto sandwich and both were extremely good. All made with a real bread (not that subway bread which can be smashed to a size of a cotton ball). Fresh bazil leaves an spices. FRESH! Pastries are incredible all made from scratch in house starting 5:00am every day. Owners do work right there every day and are very polite, caring and inviting. They do care about every customer. When you come in you feel the smell of fresh bread and pastries just like in your grandmas house when she is expecting her kids and grandkids with a long anticipated visit. Will definitely be back and DEFINITELY RECOMMEND TO EVERYBODY.

My college friends and I were in town for a wedding. All new to Florida, but not new to drinking, we were looking for a great breakfast place to give us coffee and some much needed sustenance. We stumbled upon Cafe Soleil and were thrilled at the menu selection and friendliness of the staff. We ordered a variety of croissant sandwiches and quiches and were blown away at the quality of our meals. The croissants were buttery and flaky and were well complimented by the fluffy cheesy eggs. The coffee had a great roasty flavor and needed minimal cream and sugar to make it palatable - a rarity for our crew. All in all, we feel that Cafe Soleil brought us back to life and easily doubled our chances of actually making it to this wedding. #TeamLancey2016

The food was delicious with a good variety of menu items to choose from. There were many people there and as a French bakery it was nice to see Europeans enjoying the food. We went for breakfast and ordered croissant sandwiches and some pastries which were all very tasty. They also had a large coffee menu, with authentic options. This place would be a great option for a casual breakfast or lunch. It was nice to also have the option to sit inside or outside. While they could do more to add to the charm of the space (since its located in a shopping center), overall we were very satisfied and would visit again.

We walked in to the smell of freshly baking croissants. The sandwich (prosciutto, arugula, parmesan, pesto, on fresh homemade multi grain baguette) was huge and delicious. The iced Americano was large and strong (I prefer high quality coffee only). What made the experience beyond all this was the customer service. Dennis was so pleasant to talk with, and funny as well. He makes this place more than just a bakery! Definitely come check it out.

Our favorite breakfast place every time we come to the area. Great prices, accommodating staff, and most importantly amazing pastries and food! Cronuts, croissants, croissant sandwiches- best Ive had. Missed this type of food since moving back to the US from western Europe and so very happy to have found this place.

Loved this place. Friendly, inviting & efficient staff. Unique, high quality & flavorful menu items. Pretty surroundings, although not a good place to work on laptop. I wish this place was closer the where I live - would go here lots. The welcoming, comfy environment of this place makes it stand out!

Not a good experience. Waited 35 minutes for two cappuccinos and a toasted croissant. Cappuccinos were made nicely in cups, then carelessly dumped into to go cups. Also saw one of the staff clean tables then go right back to serving food without washing hands. Should have just asked for my money back

I love this place! Its like stepping into a bakery in France! They have the best croissants Ive ever had in the States. My favorite is the banana nutella croissant sandwich! They also make excellent Americanos and other coffee drinks. The staff is super friendly and welcoming.

A MUST if you are in St. Pete Beach or the surrounding communities. Wonderful baked goods (especially the croissant!!!!), all baked on the premises. Any coffee you could wish for, salads, sandwiches. The perfect place to take a break, get a bite to eat and relax.

Just wow, what an amazing set of pastries. The chocolate hazelnut is unreal. It was easily the best and one of my favorite pastries Ive ever had. The coffee is dark and smooth. The service was very nice! The music was relaxing and fun which made for enjoyable brunch.

Quiet little french cafe with a pretty extensive sandwich menu (croissants, baguettes), quiche and salads. There is space outside to eat. I had the chocolate croissant which was buttery and spectacularly moist and a salted caramel latte with kawha coffee. Delicious!

Cold sandwiches, with little variety of food, the environment is not charming for a French bakery. They are missing the chance to show something better. Besides the cappuccino being good the juices are not natural. Really friendly staff.

We took a short trip to St Pete Beach for a wedding and happened upon this little bistro. The croissants are wonderful as were the sandwiches. Well be trying the quiche and some pastries during our next visit. A must try!!!

Its hard to enter the cafe because you will be embraced with the most heavenly aroma of the freshest baked pastries. Seriously they should find away to bottle the aroma. Food and staff excellent!!!!!

The latte is great, but overpriced as its a tiny cup for $3.25. The egg n cheese croissant is priced just right, tastes great and comes with a cute little side of fruit.
