Normally the service is much better than it was today an older lady at the deli serving another man walked away (for several minutes)and so another woman came and asked me what I wanted. As I was explaining my older, the older woman came back and abruptly interrupted the woman talking to me, rudely, and TOLD me to move out of the way so she could take the other mans order. I wish I would have gotten that older womans name. She just looked mean in general with a perminent scowl on her face. It was at 7:30pm on 6/9/15. I live and go to school both across the street and I come here, VERY often. Now I have a sore spot for this publix, and it breaks my heart.

Just today I finished eating a Swiss cheese omelette using the Swiss cheese that I had bought at Publix East Bay store at the deli section and you wont believe I bought it on September 9th of this year. This tells you that they not only deliver the highest quality by making sure the slicer is not infected that the packing of each slice of Swiss cheese was individually divided and that the handling was exceptional. Needless to say The Omelette was delicious and I will definitely buy my future cheese from this store knowing I can depend on the best.

Wish I could give negative stars to rate this place. Not only is it not clean, I saw bugs in the isle with an open sugar bag. They are not attentive to cleaning or customers. The pharmacist Debbie was very rude and unhelpful. I am a cancer patient who was trying to fill my chemo therapy and other medications and she walked away, refused to use my coupon and treated me disgustingly. The management did nothing in regards to help. Will never return! Take my money elsewhere.

Friendly staff, a few even remember my name. Im seriously handicapped and whenever they see me struggling to get my grocery shopping done they rush to my aid. If I need to return anything they refund for me even though I have lost my receipt. I love you Publix.

I just love Publix, and this store in particular. I go often in the mornings and the staff is always helpful and in good humor. Other stores (like Wal-mart--ew!) may have better prices, but I support Publix because of the quality of the food and service.

Friendly staff and always clean. I use the online easy ordering for subs. It feels like Im cutting the line when I walk up and grab my sub without waiting. If you havent used it to order deli meat or subs, you should try it.

I like that I can usually get in and out fairly quickly. Unlike many grocery stores, they usually have more than one or two lanes open, even late at night. The produce is pretty good too.
